Luxury Vehicles and Luxury Customer Service!

My mom set an appointment with James to come see a Range Rover HSE. We drove in from Louisiana. I came with her to potentially drive the rental car back. Not only did she leave with her car, I ended up calling my bank to purchase a vehicle as well. The service is unmatched. Top notch service, and an amazing selection of vehicles! I would recommend this team to anyone for their next purchase.

I am very satisfied with my dealings with GoLuxury Auto

I am very satisfied with my dealings with GoLuxury Auto and would rate this dealership more than 5 stars if I could. They are AWESOME! First of all, the business is located in the Dallas Design District and is an appointment-based, “concierge style” setup which allowed for individualized attention and assistance while I was there looking at and test driving the car I was interested in. The showroom is air conditioned which makes car shopping during a 100+ degree summer actually enjoyable and they only sell gorgeous high end vehicles. I also found prices to be very competitive. I worked with Rose Gonzalez and I really appreciated her honesty, kindness, and willingness to share her personal experiences and opinions about the vehicle I was looking at. I think she was the perfect sales associate to work with a competent woman buyer who didn’t need a “sales pitch”. I never felt she was pushy and when I decided to buy the vehicle, she worked with me to make the process as easy as possible. Additionally, we located a couple small door dings on the car I purchased and both Rose and the sales manager, Chris Carter, honored their words and made sure those were professionally removed and the car was absolutely perfect and that I was 100% satisfied. I feel like I left with both a wonderful new vehicle as well as a friend in Rose. Give them a try, they truly care about creating a positive experience for their customers!

I had an amazing experience with my contact James Wiley as well as Quinton. James really pay attention to my request of the type of vehicle I wanted and as well as tying everything in with my budget. The staff was amazing as well and accommodating from Chris, Meddie and Bryan. I will definitely keep doing my business with Go Luxury as well as continue working with my direct contact James Wiley. Update: They pushed for you to write a great review the day we bought the car, which was fine, however there were things that needed to be finished, buffing, black out and order of tire lock. We were told to bring it back the next day for buffing. We did and 6 hours later they said it was done, but nope. None of the spots were buffed. Finally got an appt after texting Rose several times. Took it in yesterday and it’s still not complete today at 2:30. Their customer service after you’ve purchased the car in awful. We went to look at cars for our son. I made an appt to see a Lexus IS 300. Our original appt was with someone else and when I emailed him the night before to confirm the vehicle was still available, I got no reply. When we showed up that car was sold. Super disappointed that we drove all the way out there for nothing but Rose and her amazing self jumped in quickly to show us a few other options. She guided our son in a direction for a more reliable, lower maintenance, and over all longer lasting car. We went just to look and he ended up driving home in a Lexus ES 350 f sport with the biggest smile on his face. They also gave us a great trade in value for our used car. However, they add the blackout package on all their cars but they do charge you for it at the end. Just be prepared for that. Mike in finance was fast and super friendly. The staff for detailing and tinting were all very friendly. Overall a great experience and hopefully we’ll be back soon for a SUV for me.

The team over at GO Luxury were exceptional to work with. The process with them was super fast and easy. Oh let’s not forget the red carpet roll out on pick up day. Highly recommend going with these folks!

Very disappointed

We had an incredibly frustrating experience at Go Luxury. They advertise they are appointment only so we made an appointment to view one specific car. They emailed twice and texted twice to confirm the appointment. We confirmed and we were excited to see the car and make a purchase. Traffic was bad and when we arrived a few minutes late (texted them to let them know) our sales person was still with his previous customer even though the text back to us said, “Thank you so much for reaching out to us ahead of time I will make sure that Roderick Davis is available for you when you arrive.” We waited for about 15 minutes before anyone helped us and they assigned us to someone else (Chris Blanco). About 45 minutes into the process, Chris tells us the car we came to see isn’t there and the sales directors wife was out driving it (to her kids swim meet?). We couldn’t comprehend how 1) we came to see one specific car and it wasn’t there for our appointment 2) we weren’t informed of that until 45 minute into our time there and 3) we saw the car parked in front of the building when we arrived so this all transpired while we were at the appointment. A complete waste of time. They wanted us to wait another 45 minutes so they could get it back. We said no and then they wanted to talk numbers. Before we got too far into it, the sales guy said the number they advertise online is the absolute lowest they can go and they have no room to move. What’s comical, is two days later, they lowered the price online so his comment was not true. We’ve purchased a number of cars and have never been told they have zero flexibility on the price. Not even a dollar. Regardless, an awful experience with driving 20 minutes to the dealer and them not even having the car ready for us to view that we specifically said ahead of time that we wanted to see. They had a lot of positive reviews (perhaps they are not all real) so we hoped we would have had a good experience but it was poor from the moment we showed up. Would not recommend.

Office space is nice, music playing and art all around.

Office space is nice, music playing and art all around. Everyone is friendly and always making sure we didn’t need anything. We didn’t make an appointment, which they do prefer, but they still got us with someone in less than 15 minutes and apologized for making us wait. Cameron was easy to work with, great personality and bent over backwards to give us what we needed. Worked with us for what we needed and made it an overall pleasant experience. Mike the finance guy is as knowledgeable and got us thru the paperwork super quick.
