Don't trust this company.

Don't trust this company. Sales guys are fake nice because they are trying to make a deal but when you question their shady policy they become rude and argumentative. They have a $2695 add on fee they add onto the vehicle that is not listed in the listed price online. The sales person showed me where they list it, at the bottom of the page in fine print. I was told that this is due to the black out package they automatically add to every vehicle so you have no choice but to pay this. The sales person also told me that they purposefully omit this from the list price so they can get more people through the door. 1000% shady and a classic bait and switch. Also there is a $995 fee for using your own leading. This is clearly to squeeze more money out of customers. They also don't accept drafting instructions from lenders even though (as the sales person admitted) drafting instructions protect consumers who could be taken advantage by "boutique" dealerships.

Buyer beware of this company.

Buyer beware of this company. Sales guys are nice as they should be because they are trying to make a deal. What is not disclosed (and I checked their website as well) is the $2695 add on fee they add onto the vehicle that is not listed in the listed price online. I was told that this is due to the black out package they automatically add to every vehicle so you have no choice but to pay this. Also there is a $995 fee for using your own leading even if it is one of their preferred banks. Then when I told them I wasn't sure if I wanted to pay that they tried to pressure me. So you are expected to pay a $3700 upcharge if you come with your own financing? I was happy to leave this place. Seemed extremely shady with additional hidden fees that were almost $800. I wouldn't buy here.

I bought a Range Rover from here. Go luxury staff was very friendly and helpful. The buying process was smooth and easy. If you’re looking for a sales rep ask for Jose, professional & transparent!

I purchased a BMW X4 in September of this year.

I purchased a BMW X4 in September of this year. I was basically told that my 2 yo pristine Tesla model Y was crap and they were taking it to auction (ok, whatever). I then came to find out my salesman sold it within 2 weeks and "it was a great car". I told him that he said it was going to auction and he said "I don't know why we said that" I had to take my BMW back a few weeks later to get a couple of small things fixed that they agreed to. They fixed a small ding in the door and windshield, but they replaced one of the trunk emblems with a shiny silver emblem, the others were more of a brushed nickel. When I asked my saleman Quintin about it, he said "that's how they all are". I found that hard to believe, and because he left me sitting in their waiting room for 4 hours without checking on me, I figured he just wanted me gone. I literally could see him go back and forth for 4 hours, with no customers, and even when he was at his desk and I texted him to see how much longer (I was starving) he ignored my text. When I got up to go find him, he was looking at his phone, jumped up and said "oh, they are taking awhile aren't they". Back to the emblem, he went inside, I googled images which demonstrated it was not correct. After confronting him, he finally checked and confirmed it was not correct "and we will order you another one". Well, 5 weeks later I have still not heard from him and do not expect that I will. The car is fine, but Quintin was disappointing.

this was one of the MOST UNSATISFING experiences buying a

this was one of the MOST UNSATISFING experiences buying a car i have EVER had... they are very quick to take your money but good luck getting ANY service after your check clears the bank... turns out my 2020 land rover with 30,000 miles front wheel bearings were going out, i found this out by personally taking it to a real dealership (land rover of Grapevine) after repeated attempts of telling Christopher Carter and Qunitin Adams both in person and over the phone and them riding in the car that something was wrong with the front of the car... both just saying their mechanic could not find anything wrong.. i would never wish this experience on anyone, my advise is to use a well known dealership... it's been two weeks since i have heard from ANYONE at go luxury .. lesson learned... land rover Grapevine more than happily is taking care of the problem and will provide me with a FREE loaner while doing so... huge thanks to LAND ROVER GRAPEVINE
