Go see Tony....Period !!!

I have to recommend that you see Tony Celeste. His knowledge of the 2017 Civic Hatchback was impeccable. Coming off an early lease out, Tony made every effort to find the Civic I wanted and rolled me through a seamless transaction within his Swap Keys Program. All of the staff was very friendly and courteous with a low key atmosphere. Love my Civic EX Hatchback !!!

Great No Nonsense Experience

I was recommended to Honda Of Nanuet by a friend who recommended my salesman, Tony Celeste. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my questions . He was pleasant, very upbeat and helped me find exactly what I wanted with no pressure. My experience was very enjoyable and, I recommend all looking for a Honda to visit Honda Of Nanuet and ask for Tony. I'm enjoying my 2017 Honda Civic Sedan and I highly recommend you call Tony for your next Honda!!

Work DON'T READ BOOKS and tell us we need repairs.

Independent tech reviewed their repair estimate. None of the $3000 work was needed as most had already been done or was bogus like ball joints. the vehicle would not have passed the NYS inspection if I had bad ball joints. All the fluids were previously changed within 18000 miles Oil leak around the valve is old dried hard oil not an active leak. Honda was looking at recommended services not at your actual vehicle.

Waste of time

DCH states on their website that bad credit is not a problem.So I traveled an hour driving there to look at a used car.What they DON'T tell you is if you don't have a hefty downpayment,and a trade without any negative equity,you are out of luck.Wasted a few hours of my life here I would love to have back

Poor Business Practice

While trying to negotiate a deal, an offer was made to us. My husband left and returned a few hours later to do business and was told "the management cannot do the deal anymore".

Lenghty wait for minor service

Despite making 7:00 AM appointment several days beforehand and being "first car in line" that morning, waited over two hours for just an oil change/lube/alignment check. Would have appreciated a customer waiting room update if the delay was explainable. Frustrating in that several customers arriving after me were notified of completion of their service.

Recall appointment

All employees were very helpful and courteous. I didn't know that they provided a courteous service whereby I was given a ride home. My appointment was estimated to be 3 hours long, and the car was ready in a little more than that. I was glad I was home and could then find a ride back to the dealership.

Fast Honest Friendly

Perfect dealing with a perfect dealership. Fast. Honest. Upfront. No attempts to sell me things I don't need or want. (I had brought the car into a fast oil change service several months ago because I was out of town and they suggested almost $1000.00 of things I didn't need essentially saying I needed it...
