Unfortunate experience 2nd time around!

Unfortunate "mis-communication" caused this dealer to lose not only a sale but most importantly a long term customer. I was very specific about the vehicle i wanted to purchase and thought everything was worked out until i arrived to begin signing my paperwork only to find out they were not providing me with the vehicle in the email and text i sent to the salesman specifically. I believe they tried to pull a fast one by me and for that reason i will never shop or recommend any to this particular Honda again.

Excellent Dealership and Service Center

Sales people were informative and helpful when I bought my current Civic I really am not the best of customers since. I had had my Accord for 19 great years and am looking forward to another good record with my Civic My recent visit was for a passenger side airbag recall. I enjoyed the same helpfulness and courtesy/.

Didn't get the car, but dealt with fairly

I came in to buy a specific car, was told we could order it if I put a deposit. After not hearing for 4 weeks, I contacted the salesman. After a few emails I asked and received my deposit back. There was no tricks to get me to get a different car.

Channel answered the phone, she was very pleasant to speak to and was very informative. Dennis took care of signing me in and again he was very pleasant to deal with. The two employees I came in contact with were professional and personable. My car was fixed and is working fine.
