Joe was great to work with.

He did not stear me wrong on any of the recommended servkce items for my Accord Sport. Will come back again for service when needed.

Thorough end-to-end service - it was exceptional!

We came to look for a car and our salesperson was fantastic. We didn't buy right away but he followed up with us - never pressuring - until we were ready. This is our fourth Honda from this dealership and it's always been a tremendously positive experience.

The sales person was Awsome!

The reason I made this purchase was due to the awesomeness of the sales person. I can't stress how pleased I was. I went directly to Mr Joshua Cruz because of recommendations. They specifically recommended I purchase with joshua Cruz. He knew his cars, prices, and helped me 100% along the way.

Very Satisfactory

The service rep, Joe Sanseverino, who helped me was excellent. I waited while my car was serviced and it was ready as promised. The waiting area was very accommodating with fresh coffee, donuts and a TV. It made the wait pleasant.

Check your vehicle before you leave for damage.

To start I have been with this particular dealership since 1990 when it was Kea Honda. It has been bought over through the years and as everything it has changed. That being said I have heard lots of negative feedback from work associates and other people from the area about their current reputation. I was very pleased this year how my van lease went ,but yesterday when I waited 2 hours for an oil change and a NYS inspection I was not too happy. After the dealer I went to vacuum my car and noticed a 4 inch deep scratch on my rear right door. How do I go back and point fingers. The attendant did do an inspection of the exterior of the vehicle and made me sign for it stating that there was no damage. I am so displeased that this has happened. This particular vehicle is a lease also. Now it's on me to deal with the return when I know I had no part in the incident. To think I was scouring the car lot to see what Honda I wanted to get into next. Lease a car and pay to return it. Lesson learned. Up until this point I have never had a problem. I'll be moving on now.

Maintaining all of my Hondas for 11 years.

Competent staff. They have troubleshooted and repaired a couple of tough to diagnose problems on my old CR-V. We now own 2 Hondas and they service them both.
