Nissan of Queens

I was referred to Erick & was told he could get the job done and I’d walk out with keys in my hand. Sure enough, he delivered! He gave all the possible options and told me everything the came with the car. Very polite and helpful guy for sure!

I must say again because I have another car from zully.. she is truly the best at what she does, hands down, nothing bad to say about this sales rep, she made sure again that I got what I wanted and made sure that my deal was secured with a good monthly payment.

The salesman John paul was subpar. Wasn't the worse I seen definitely not the best. The car was fairly priced but they refused to change a tire with almost no tread left if i didn't purchase their certification. Which didnt make sense. What kind of dealer will let a car off the lot with such a hazard. I was willing to take the car if they changed the tires but I guess they didn't want to eat into their 900$ pure profit "reconditioning fee" and they refused to provide service records. I expected this from a cheapie chopie dealership but not one bearing, Nissan. Guess my fault for not listening to the reviews. P.S. Be prepared their internet prices don't match in person prices. P.S.S. During the negotiations he stated the manager had someone coming to look at the car in 30mins on the regular price not the internet price. What clowns 🤡 🤣

Very thankful for all the help, Erick was straight forward and explained me well everything that I had to know. This was the most satisfying and super easy experience!!!! see you in the future definitely. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Erick is a very down to earth guy and most important a people person he promised me I would walked out with a car and I did.

Erick was very honest and worked with the numbers we wanted. He did everything possible that he could. He spent a lot of time with us today and didn’t get frustrated or lose his patience. He is very friendly and was a pleasure to work with. He wasn’t pushy which I liked.
