They will sell you a lemon

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a used 2011 Acura TL a few months ago from this dealer and it’s been nothing but problems. Let me start off I experienced a rough vibration while driving 20-45 I did my research and found out the car has a recall on a faulty torque converter. First off if your going to sell a car you have to make sure all of the recalls are properly fixed on the car before you sell it. I immediately bring the car into nissan of queens for service to have it diagnosed and they don’t even work on the car! They send it down to the street to a shop called joe and son auto. Joe the owner of the shop called me back telling me the car has a bent spindle, broken motor mounts and a bent rim and told me it would cost thousands of dollars to fix. I immediately go down to Joe’s shop to see the car to see the problem and he tells me the car is off the lift because he has two tow trucks on there. Now I am mechanically inclined and knowledgeable and I know for a fact that all of those issues he told me were lies and were just trying to get money out of me. The car also burns oil. After 2k miles of owning it and driving it there was a tiny bit of oil on the dipstick. I tell the service advisor at nissan to do an oil consumption test. He completely ignores me and changes my oil and puts the WRONG OIL weight in. The car requires 5w-20 and they put 5w-30 in. So your telling me putting a heavier weight of oil in my car is the solution of fixing the oil consumption. So unprofessional and I can’t even make this up. The correct thing to do is an oil consumption test and if it is consuming oil the engine block will require new pistons. It’s quite obvious this dealership does not care about their customers and just want to rip you off and take your money. Your job of running a dealership is to provide excellent service and resolve problems for your customers so they will come back and buy another car from you in the future. In my case I can’t even have my car properly worked on for an oil changes which is sad. Now the next day I bring the car to the Acura dealership to have it properly diagnosed and what do you know Acura has diagnosed a faulty torque converter on my car and I have paperwork to prove it. I then bring the car to my own personal mechanic and have him diagnose it as well and again he finds a bad torque converter issue. I contact the sales manager Paul Gibson who works at Nissan dealership who was very rude And didn't care about my issue, all of this was within the 3k miles lemon law limit. I tried asking for my money back and if they could take the car back or give me something else worth the value and no luck. They don’t care, they will sell you a lemon. Plus The previous owner who owned the car had his number saved in the car, I contacted him and asked him why he traded the car in the first place he told me cause the car Burns a lot of oil and the torque converter in the transmission provides a terrible driving experience. He was very sorry I was dealing with this problem and thought nissan would fix all of this before they sold the vehicle to me. So there you go even the previous owner of the car admitted the problems to this car. So now I’m stuck with a car that needs a torque converter to be replaced along with new pistons. I paid 17k for this car and all of these reflecting problems should of been properly dealt with or the price of the car should of been a lot cheaper cause the car is not in the condition they thought it was. Anybody that is reading this don’t buy a car from this place they will sell you a lemon and don’t want to own up to it. They don’t care about you and their service department is a Complete joke I never once in my life had to experience unprofessional adults that act like their 12 years old. Maybe somebody from nissan will read this and actually care but I doubt it they just want to take your money and not value you as a customer. Very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend this
