Over the past 17 years I have used your Glen Cove facility to service my Lexus cars. My experience has kept me a customer because of the quality of work done by your mechanics and staff. Great experience

I worked with Bob and Chris and had great experience working with them. Bob made things move fast as I asked since I had very limited time and Chris helped with finance despite some complication from my side, they did whatever they could to make this a very smooth process for me and I am thankful for that. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Service with a smile

My last experience with Ralley service department was smooth and pleasant. I needed to bring in my car for a recall. Maria was able to set up an appointment, loaner car and an estimate for my mirror replacemnt , all within 24 hours and with a smile. That's service!! Keep up the good work Ralleye.

Speedy and efficient service, no surprises

I’ve owned Lexus vehicles for many years and i like this service center the best. They are very organized when you drop your car, like a well-oiled machine. The waiting areas are plentiful, comfortable, they provide food, coffee, work areas, etc. so that you can easily occupy yourself and be comfortable. Their service is timely and rarely do I get any surprise costs, fees or bills. I highly recommend this service center!

Best Customer Service

I had a problem with a wiper blade on my vehicle. There was snow forecasted and I had several afternoon appts. I worried and wasn’t sure how soon I could get an appt to get it fixed. I contacted the service center who told me to come on down and a technician would check it out. When I arrived at the service station I was greeted by a service advisor who assured me my issue would be resolved in a timely manner or a loaner car would be available to me. I spent about an hour in a very comfortable lounge that had many amenities to enjoy and pass the time before I was on my way home in my own vehicle.

Purchase of a 2020 RX350 AWD

On 10/14/2019 I purchased the 12th Lexus from Bob Heyman. He is my sales consultant since Dec 1990. He is a super sales consultant,like no other! This is my 4th RX, and it is the best , lots of power, safety Technology, Ride very smoothly.
