17 Years of Experience with Rallye Lexus

The quality of the service, and the outstanding staff is the reason I have been a customer of Rallye Lexus for over 17 years. I am about to complete the lease on my 6th straight vehicle from Rallye Lexus, and the staff is the main reason why I keep going back. A new Lexus dealership is opening MUCH closer to my home, but the team at Rallye will keep me coming back.

Service was completed in a timely fashion with no worries. They took excellent care of my vehicle and made sure having my vehicle service will not be a inconvenience for me by setting me up with a loaner vehicle

Superb service and caring employees.

Yesterday we took our 2010 Lexus GS Sedan in for a recall repair. It was promptly fixed, the bill was $0.00, unlike another dealership on the south shore of Long Island on another car recall where the bill was $2,000.00. Thank you for doing exactly what you needed to do. Beyond that favorable issue, was the fact that I lost my cell phone in the rental car provided. At 8 pm last night Paul searched the car, couldn't find it because I forgot the color of the car (white vs silver). Lucy who was leaving for the night, pulled our records, they searched the appropriate car, located the phone, called us in the car. We returned to pick it up where they were waiting at the curb. Awesome caring, service. The car we rented was so superior to our present car that we will purchase the next car at this dealership, and Paul will be our sales person. Thank you Lucy for being such a committed employee and for having such fine principles. You saved us a 40 minute drive back. Our gratitude is boundless. This is a great dealership. They deliver on their word, do not over charge and extend service and caring to their customers.

Nothing but the best

This is my fourth car with Raylle. The first one I purchased and the last 3 I leased. My last 2 leases I have dealt with Anthony. He has always been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and always makes the transition easy. Everyone at Raylle from the people in sales, finance dept to the service department are always a pleasure to deal with. It makes it hard to even think about getting a car from another dealer.
