My service consultant was Karen. She was extremely professional and friendly. Given the circumstances she was faced with. Being extremely short handed, she was cool as a cucumber. My car was returned back to me within the time frame she provided give or take 15 minutes. I would recommend Karen if possible as a service agent. I know I’m only using her.

Hempstead Ford Lincoln service is the best. Always fast service and properly done. Went in today at 8:45 a.m. for my MKX oil change, and (free) inspection, Karen is my service advisor. Vehicle was ready (including free car wash) by 9:45. I highly recommend Hempstead Lincoln. I would not think of ever purchasing or leasing anywhere else, their prices are unbeatable, and Karen and their service department is first class.

After I got a blow out on my front passenger tire, i was impressed with the service I received from Hempstead Ford Lincoln. Karen was able to quickly assess my situation & provide the guidance I needed to help fix the problem. She quickly told me to call roadside Ford assistance & have a tow truck dispatched to my location. She was able to ready the bays for my car once I got the spare put on and made the experience well worth the time and stress I was going through in 100+ heat on the side of the road.
