Terrible Customer Service
I called to set up an appointment to bring my car in because of some front end issues and the earliest appointment they could provide is August 19th. As an inconvenience I'll have to look into another dealer father away from my home that can see us earlier.

customer service atmosphere
The customer service atmosphere was quite good. From the first step into the building there was someone there to guide you. Very attentive, friendly staff. Mr. Cullen was able to help choose the correct vehicle and made the trip pleasurable.

Pleasant and accurate!
I'll be honest - I would never have gone to a large dealership like this but my sales guy, Rick Roseman, transferred over to Hempstead from Tower Ford which closed. I normally prefer the small ma pa businesses. Rick is the best salesman I know- really nice down to earth guy who I trust. I recommend him highly!! Overall the experience with the larger shoop was very good. Everyone there was super nice and I'm very happy with my new Ford Escape.

Great friendly service and accommodating staff
Lowell and the staff were great. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Lowell offered us the best deal on a great car right away and that was refreshing. We were in a bit of a rush because we had a flight to catch and Lowell and Michael speed up the process for us so we were in and out. This is one of the best car buying experiences we've had.

Reliably excellent service
Always excellent service. I have owned many luxury brands over the years (Mercedes, BMW, Lexus) but I can honestly say the service here is better. They understand what needs to be done, and everyone seems to work together efficiently to the customer's benefit, starting with my service rep Karen.
