I called to set up an appointment to bring my car in because of some front end issues and the earliest appointment they could provide is August 19th. As an inconvenience I'll have to look into another dealer father away from my home that can see us earlier.

The customer service atmosphere was quite good. From the first step into the building there was someone there to guide you. Very attentive, friendly staff. Mr. Cullen was able to help choose the correct vehicle and made the trip pleasurable.

I have had the privilege of dealing with Karen Wunderlich for many years now. It is not often that one comes across a professional who if so polite and has such a profound sense of care and respect for her customers. She exemplifies what a car service professional should be, superbly well mannered, articulate, getting to the root cause of all problems in a very timely manner, and never given to impulsiveness or haste. I'll be honest - I would never have gone to a large dealership like this but my sales guy, Rick Roseman, transferred over to Hempstead from Tower Ford which closed. I normally prefer the small ma pa businesses. Rick is the best salesman I know- really nice down to earth guy who I trust. I recommend him highly!! Overall the experience with the larger shoop was very good. Everyone there was super nice and I'm very happy with my new Ford Escape.

Lowell and the staff were great. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Lowell offered us the best deal on a great car right away and that was refreshing. We were in a bit of a rush because we had a flight to catch and Lowell and Michael speed up the process for us so we were in and out. This is one of the best car buying experiences we've had.
