Simply the Best!

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile. Our sales consultant, Dimitri, worked closely with us every step of the way to ensure we had the right vehicle and options for our family. The vehicle we wanted was not readily available and Dimitri worked tirelessly to locate and deliver exactly what we wanted. My best car buying experience ever.

This was a very difficult time in my life. The thought of shopping, selecting, test driving & committing to something that was overwhelming to me at that time.. Efficient Team

This was my second service to my vehicle, staff was quick to schedule my appointment and at the time of the oil change, staff was courteous. The vehicle was done sooner than later and the staff communicated with me about the outcome.

Great experience with Evan Boucaud

We had a wonderful experience at this Lincoln dealership. We had been to other dealerships before but once we met Evan we knew we had to stick with him. He was friendly and helpful and we felt so comfortable with him. He really worked hard to get us the best deal for our car we were selling and for the new car we were leasing. Evan was definitely a big part of us choosing our new Lincoln Nautilis. We couldn’t have been happier with the experience.

Check up for a new car

I brought my Ford Escape in for its 5000 mile checkup. I arrived at 8:40 I was immediately greeted .Karen from customer service came out to talk to me and invited me to come into the office. My car was inspected and checked out at no cost. The car was ready at the time I requested. This is our 4th Ford from Hempstead Ford. Karen was attentive to all my needs.

Price advertised on Ford.com was honored - Great People

I looked to lease new pick up truck, and came to Hempstead Ford as the Ranger had a good deal advertised on line. Lowell & Frank were very nice and efficient, by getting me to test drive, and working the $$$ numbers to my satisfaction. Very nice doing business with them
