Very pleased with the purchase of our car
My husband and I are very pleased with Stevens Ford as this is the second leased car we have purchased from them. Our salesman, Bobby Freire, was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice to work with. He answered all our questions and was very helpful with explaining all the cars features. 2016 EXPLORER SPORT, extended warranty- 41K blown turbos/no loaner..97k blown AC system, hood paintbubbling peeling, 109k blown turbos again$4400 engine light on when picked up- they could care less, just sell and move on!

2020 Ford Explorer
My husband and I purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer approximately two weeks ago. Our sales agent Tom Montalbano was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, friendly and took his time with us. I walked out of there knowing I was given the best price available. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and willing to accommodate us. We have been driving the Explorer and love the safety features along with the smooth ride. This car makes me feel safe. Thank you Stevens Ford for a wonderful experience. My husband will be back when the Bronco arrives in the spring.

Service Department
I dropped off my truck to be serviced on 12/23. They did not complete it on time and asked to keep it the next day. I received a text message from Lenny on 12/24 to pick up my truck by 2:45. I arrived promptly at 2:45 and the truck wasnt done. After about 20 minutes, Lenny handed me the keys and told me to have a good holiday. The problem was that they werent the keys to my truck. Lenny had the audacity to tell me that they were my keys. Of course, he had the wrong customer when he looked at the paperwork. When asking Lenny how much longer until my truck would be ready, he couldnt tell me. In fact his response was "I should have left here 30 minutes ago". I then sat around waiting for my truck to be finished. The only people left in the dealership (everyone left early because of Christmas eve) was myself, and I believe the general manager. It wasnt until I started become upset and demanding to know how much longer, was suddenly my truck ready. All I could be told was "They never should have called you to tell you it was done." I never received an apology or paperwork to even know what work was completed.

I’ve had several oil changes and check ups since I bought my 2018 Escape here and I couldn’t be happier with their service. I’ve never had to wait more than expected for the maintenance being performed. Fernando greeting me when I came in and couldn’t be more helpful.

Great service. Professional and freindly service.
My car was fixed and I was given a loaner. I was happy with the service, although it took longer than I thought it would, but that didn't really matter, as I was given a loaner, which made life easy.
