Great support

I factory maintain all personal vehicles. This is my 3rd truck w this dealership. 250k+ miles out of each truck. They now take care of my daughter's Eclipse. Enough said

Worst Ford Dealer on Long Island

I purchased a 2019 ford Ranger I was told from the salesman it was a demo vehicle. Pickup the vehicle it was dirty and the steering wheel controls didn’t work this of course I was told after I signed the papers. I took the truck home noticed the bed liner they installed wasn’t right it was cut to fit the truck when I pulled it up the bed was all scratched and dented. I went back to the dealer talked to the new car manger he told me I purchased a used truck what did I want if I had any problems go talk to Ford. I then reminded him it was purchased as a new vehicle he didn’t care. The GM then called me and we agreed to have a sprayed in liner installed. Bottom line everybody lied about the damage they didn’t disclose the damage and used a bed liner to cover up the problems.

Seems like a scam

I keep getting lots of emails from this Ford dealership supposedly located in New York, asking me about my recent purchase of a Ford vehicle from them. The problem is that I have never been east of Texas in my entire life. So, it makes me wonder if this is a case of identity theft, where someone used my name and credit to buy a Ford in New York. I have checked my credit report and I do not see this purchase listed. I have emailed this company several times but never hear back from them. I don't trust them.

Great drop off, fast repair.

The night drop off is quick and easy, service was fast and good. My only downside is that, like all dealers I have dealt with, is no one calls you to tell you the auto is done. Other than that, fast and easy! Oh, and the girl on the desk when I went to pick up the car was fantastic!

Warranty Issue

Truck was brought in for a warranty issue and a recall. The service rep was great calling each day to inform me on the status of my truck.
