Excellent Service Department at Stevens Ford

I am a repeated customer of sales & service. When I bring any of my Three Ford Vehicles in for any type of service I always see Fernando Batista at the service advisor desk. He takes excellent care of my service requests and always keeps me well informed of my vehicles progress. I won't go any where else for service.

Purchase of 2020 Ford Explorer XLT

We went to Stevens Ford to look at the new 2020 Ford Explorer XLT because our current lease was due to expire on March 31, 2020. The salesman, Vinny, was extremely helpful and worked with us to get just what we wanted. I was specific in what was important to me. He searched the inventory and found exactly what I wanted. He then asked if I wanted to take the car for a ride. I said yes. It was a nasty miserable day but he took the time to give us the best deal possible as we were purchasing this vehicle not leasing like the two other Explorers we leased. He worked with us and we decided to purchase the car. There was no pressure. He answered all our questions in a professional and informative way. I would definitely recommend this dealership and also the salesman Vinny. He sat in the car with us and gave us a rundown of all the features. All in all it was a successful, pleasant experience.

Very satisfied

Brought vehicle in for a recall and an oil change. They went over the car very carefully and informed me that everything was in order, Did not try to sell me any extras that were not needed.

I've been going to Steven's for years. The past few times...

I've been going to Steven's for years. The past few times the service (mechanics) has been terrible. The mechanics are not doing the work they are supposed to be doing. They didn't rotate my tires, top off any fluids, and forgot to do my NYS inspection (which was one of the reasons my car was there). Who knows what else they didn't do. I most likely will not be returning.

worst customer service !

Explorer transmission broke at 47,500 miles ,with warranty and a full insurance bumper to bumper, this agent "Fernando"was rude and insensible. He didn't provide me a loaner or a rental for 4 days. after that he gave me the smallest rental (I am a 6' 2" man). In almost 3 weeks of repair Fernando call me just once. I had to call every week to find out about my car. worst service. Thank God for the warranty that covered the repair.
