The service was exceptional!! I went for an oil change and they also fixed a recall I didn’t even know I had. Service gave me a loaner car so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced.

First I would like to say that the sales and finance...
First I would like to say that the sales and finance department are great, good people. Now with that said my experience was not so good as a whole. Two simple things that should of been fixed on the vehicle was not And the sad part was they tried to have me walk out with it not fixed. Driver side windshield molding was clearly falling off. After I complained they sent a white shirt manager to inspect. He actually had the nerve to tell me that he didn't know he had to fix it. (It was falling off). He eventually takes it back and gives it to me GLUED on. with some sort of crazy glue with finger prints all over the door. What was even more frustrating they took off the driver side door molding for some reason. I was never broken (now it is and that is even glued. (looks like crap) more finger prints. I wish I could add a picture here but can't. I will added one to the google review. The thing that gets me is that this is the second time I had service issues with them for a new purchase. Refer to my google review in 2016. But Shame on me for trusting that they will do the right thing a SECOND time. Back to the windshield, the weather stripping is installed wrong and looks real bad. And they broke the clip that's holds another molding on the bottom of the windshield. Probably because they were rushing to go home. I know it's a used 2017 but I spent 26,000. They gave me the car like this which tells me they don't care at all about the quality of their service, Just want your money. They have no pride in what they do and no integrity, smoke and mirrors bait and switch. Could I have kept pushing for them to do the right thing? (YES) but after working for weeks straight between the military and the state. Exhausted! And if I did, whats going to come out of it? The same poor quality. Unfortunately one hour of work is too much for them to insure they deliver quality over quantity. It saddens me to write yet ANOTHER bad review. I'm going to give it a little and see if I'll be contacted to get this squared away. Maybe after my google review showing the pictures, I might get better service. Highly doubt it tho. I had to fight tooth and nails the last time.

They was no haggling and no back and forth. They were straight forward, honest and stayed true to their word. Scammers!!
Purchased 2013 ford explorer 11/19. We are 8mos in on the car. We brought it in for repairs and nothing is covered under the warranty. So pretty much we gave them an additional 1900 for no reason. They are nothing but scammers. We are stuck with a truck i can't drive. A 4k repair bill to pay and a 20k loan to be pay as well. This place sucks!!
