Leased Explorer Sport... This is my 5th or 6th vehicle I have obtained from Hassett either personally or via my Firm IMPACT. My family has also purchased/leased vehicles from Hassett (another 5 or 6 vehicles) all extremely happy. Staff is great, service is great. No one is "pushy". They just show us the vehicle and get us the best offer they can. Very professional. The way it should be.

Service was great...asked for a loaner car which worked out perfectly. Staff so nice, helpful and cheery.

Great Certified Vehicle

My salesman was attentive to my interest in the vehicle but gave me the freedom to look and decide without pressure. Because of that I had confidence in his promise to resolve my concerns and we went ahead with signing a contract with the stipulation after the used vehicle was serviced I would be able to test drive and decide. When it was serviced it was just as expected and we completed the registration and payment in record time. Great job. Love the vehicle!

Good service

The service department is very courteous and helpful, and pleasant to deal with. However, this time a couple of minor requests were not handled; i asked for them to fix the oil change notification since i just had one and that notification still comes on which is just a minor annoyance. Also, my passenger seat (beige cloth) was filthy and even when they cleaned it, after me bringing it to their attention, there are still 2 stains on the seat. Little disappointed this time.

Truck Service Center

Dropped my truck off for service to fix a problem. They called me several times to let me know what the problem was, a plan - and backup plan!- to fix it, and an estimate on time and costs. Problem solved and back on the road right on time.
