Service was great...asked for a loaner car which worked out perfectly. Staff so nice, helpful and cheery.

Great Certified Vehicle

My salesman was attentive to my interest in the vehicle but gave me the freedom to look and decide without pressure. Because of that I had confidence in his promise to resolve my concerns and we went ahead with signing a contract with the stipulation after the used vehicle was serviced I would be able to test drive and decide. When it was serviced it was just as expected and we completed the registration and payment in record time. Great job. Love the vehicle!

Good service

The service department is very courteous and helpful, and pleasant to deal with. However, this time a couple of minor requests were not handled; i asked for them to fix the oil change notification since i just had one and that notification still comes on which is just a minor annoyance. Also, my passenger seat (beige cloth) was filthy and even when they cleaned it, after me bringing it to their attention, there are still 2 stains on the seat. Little disappointed this time.

Truck Service Center

Dropped my truck off for service to fix a problem. They called me several times to let me know what the problem was, a plan - and backup plan!- to fix it, and an estimate on time and costs. Problem solved and back on the road right on time.

Great Dealership Great product line

I have been very happy with Hassett Ford from my purchase through three years of maintenance. The staff is attentive and works hard to earn a ranking of "Completely Satisfied". This is not typical of the service at most of the dealerships I have ever used. I had never been interested in Ford products prior to the purchase of my C-Max Energi and I am so impressed with the quality and design of this car. I also own a Prius and a Town and Country, but the C-Max Energi is by far my favorite car that I have ever driven (even beyond much more expensive models)and the C-Max Hybrid is the best I have ever rented. There is finally a hybrid that doesn't feel like a science project and I am pleased with Ford's plans to expand their electrified lineup. The staff and service at Hassett Ford is a worthy companion to these great cars.

Always great service!

Staff is excellent and service personnel do not suggest things that are unnecessary repairs.I've been going to this dealership since I purchased my 2007 Ford Focus and over the yrs they've done a great job besides the free oil changes and the reward programs that can give you bucks back. Both my spouse and I have cars from this dealership and now they are running in mint condition. One at 95,000 miles and another at about 65,000 (an SUV). Key suggestion: when you make appointments get there very early to line up especially if you are going to wait. No appt well you take your chances b/c this place is very busy and we know why. Excellent work!
