Great Dealership Great product line

I have been very happy with Hassett Ford from my purchase through three years of maintenance. The staff is attentive and works hard to earn a ranking of "Completely Satisfied". This is not typical of the service at most of the dealerships I have ever used. I had never been interested in Ford products prior to the purchase of my C-Max Energi and I am so impressed with the quality and design of this car. I also own a Prius and a Town and Country, but the C-Max Energi is by far my favorite car that I have ever driven (even beyond much more expensive models)and the C-Max Hybrid is the best I have ever rented. There is finally a hybrid that doesn't feel like a science project and I am pleased with Ford's plans to expand their electrified lineup. The staff and service at Hassett Ford is a worthy companion to these great cars.

Always great service!

Staff is excellent and service personnel do not suggest things that are unnecessary repairs.I've been going to this dealership since I purchased my 2007 Ford Focus and over the yrs they've done a great job besides the free oil changes and the reward programs that can give you bucks back. Both my spouse and I have cars from this dealership and now they are running in mint condition. One at 95,000 miles and another at about 65,000 (an SUV). Key suggestion: when you make appointments get there very early to line up especially if you are going to wait. No appt well you take your chances b/c this place is very busy and we know why. Excellent work!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!

OVER THE LAST 3 YEARS ( I HAVE HAD MY FORD FLEX FOR 6) HAS BEEN THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES EVER!!!!! .. GETTING THE RUN AROUND AND LAST WEEK AFTER MAKING MY APPOINTMENT 2 WKS IN ADVANCE, HAVING TO CALL THE SVC ADVISOR ROB- TO TELL ME THAT MY CAR HAD TO TAKE A BACK SEAT BECAUSE A CUSTOMER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THEIR CAR AND THE WOULD GET TO MINE... UMM SO WHAT AM I??? CLEARLY NOT A VALUED CUSTOMER!!! NO LOANER, NO RENTAL ... 3 DAYS LATER ROB IS OFF, SPOKE TO BOB (THE MANAGER) MY CAR IS READY .. OK TO PICK IT UP. ONE OF THE SERVICE ITEMS WAS TO HAVE AN INSPECTION. STUPID ME DID NOT CHECK THE STICKER UNTIL 3 DAYS LATER. GUESS WHAT .. I PAID FOR AN INSPECTION THAT WASNT DONE!!!! SAME OLD STICKER ON MY CAR!! WANTAGH FORD PRIDES THEMSELVES ON "COMPELTE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION" NOT IN MY OPINION! GOOD GRIEF PEOPLE .. REALLY!!! I DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS ON A REGULAR BASIS AND TRAIN IT. THERE IS NO WAY ON GODS EARTH THIS IS COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I WILL SAY THAT WHEN I DEALT WITH ALEX IN THE SERVICE DEPT, IF HE WASNT TELLING THE TRUTH HE SURE MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH BRINGING MY CAR THERE, AS WELL AS A VALUED CUSTOMER! O .. FORGOT TO MENTION THAT I AM A GLUTTEN FOR PUNISHMENT, THE SAME DAY I PURCHASED A NEW FORD FLEX! LOVE THE FORD FLEX AND LOVED THE SALES DEPARTMENT .. DESPISING THE SERVICE DEPT! I HAVENT PICKED UP MY CAR YET. I MAY HAVE TO RENIG ON THE SALE AND TRY ANOTHER FORD! MAYBE.....

Lincoln lease

I purchased an MKC. Dennis was kind and to the point. I trusted him and didn't feel like I was getting the salesman squeeze. I felt the same about Dan the finance guy. Overall my experience was excellent and am enjoying my car more than I thought I would. The only thing I would have liked is water or coffee.

Beautiful renovation of dealership

was in for oil change tire rotation & inspection. All went well in a very reasonable time frame

Recall service

Brought car in for have a recall serviced. Did not have a ride home and they had a driver take me home. Very convenient as the job was going to take 2 to 3 hour.
