Love the MKZ hybrid. Joe was very patient and helpful.

Everything was great. Drop off was quick. Pick up was quick. Everyone was very nice, friendly and polite.

I brought my 2015 Explorer to Hassett to check on a broken part and for an inspection and oil change. The service I received was excellent. The staff were friendly and personable, the waiting room was comfortable, and they had me back on the road in a timely manner.

Love it! Everything went well. Car was ready. It was just as I wanted it. It was good job!!!!!

The level of customer service at Hassett Ford is great! Everyone is pleasant and even while waiting for our salesman, we were acknowledged often by others with friendly conversation. We first came here after Superstorm Sandy and the loss of both cars. Now, the lease was up for our Escape and due to some tough times, we were uncertain that we could lease again. However, our salesman John and the finance man Dan worked hard to help us secure a new car. They were both personable, understood us and did whatever they could to help! Notice I said "our" salesman... That's how we felt after Sandy working with "John D". His welcoming and friendly manner was refreshing and we will always return to him. Many thanks!!

I have been your customer since May, 1978 and this is because you recognize me as a customer and treat me well. Your recent service to my 2012 Lincoln MKZ was handled promptly as promised, which is to say, as usual. I will see you this coming Thursday for routine scheduled maintenance on my 2014 MKZ.

From the time I drive into the service lane, where I'm met by a person who welcomes me and starts the process, to person at the Service Desk who inputs my service request(s) and gives me an estimate of the cost of service and amount of time to wait, to the comfortable waiting area with free coffee or tea, I'm very pleased with Hassett. I trust the people behind the scenes to take care of my Ford Escape because of the professionalism of the staff I've met.

This was my 1st experience with the Hasslet service dept. The service people there made it a no-brainer experience (that's a good thing). The person I dealt with (Juliana) was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I have a 2015 Mustang GT and I am thinking of adding some performance enhancements to it without voiding my warranty. Someone named Fernando was nice enough to walk me through what I can and can't do. All-in-all I had a very nice experience. I do have a general comment to make though. When I bought my Mustang they told me that Hasslett has a shuttle service. It also says that in the documentation I got with my new car. But when I asked about it when I made my appointment I was told that it was only provided within a local area. I live in Baldwin which is about 25 mins from Hasslett. If that is not considered 'local' that's fine. But I think that should be stated up-front when you advertise what Hasslett offers its customers. Looking forward to my next visit.

Work was completed faster the I expected. Quality of the work was excellent.
