Expert service and great customer care

Honestly, I am completely blown away by the service provided by Hassett Ford Truck Service. It really pays to bring your truck to the experts. They found a solution to an issue that had been occurring with my F-150 since the summer and the cost of repairs was half of what I expected it to be. I have already recommended Truck Service to several people who will be bringing their trucks and vans there in the very near future. Thanks to Stacy for amazing customer service as well.

Everything went without a hitch!

The young lady that helped called and let me know when my auto was ready and what had been done. Everything went without a hitch. My only concern was that I was unable to get a loaner car. There was already a month and a half wait for a day to get one. Should have more availability for that.

2003 van

my 2003 E250 van needed a new fuel pump. After picking up the truck I went to get gas the next day and gas began to pour onto the floor. the hose from the gas tank was not reconnected to the filler neck and the vent hose was also cut and not reconnected. I reconnected the hose to the filler neck so I could get gas and went back to the truck shop. they made a temporary repair on the vent hose and ordered a new vent hose.

New Ford Fusion

ford fusion se 1.5 turbo ecoboost w/ ford sync. love it, the sales person was very nice. I will be going back in the next 6 months to get another car or truck.

Pleasant experience
