Ken acted like he didn't care if we bought a vehicle or not. He didn't even have the courtesy to get up from his desk when we came in or left. He told an off-color joke-totally inappropriate in front of a woman. We went to Levittown Ford and bought our vehicle there, where the salesman was courteous and professional and really seemed to appreciate our business.

They treated me like a king, even though they knew I was only there for the date night promotion. They gassed & cleaned the MKZ for me. The sales person that took care of me was Scott. When I returned the MKZ, the manager, Sal, took care of me. Even at the end of the month, they dropped what they were doing just to take care of me.

John Fanuzzi, the sales person I dealt with, was the most knowledgeable, honest, professional with a tremendous high level of integrity. It was a pleasure doing business with him & I will continue to do so. Keep up the good work.

Tom was very informative and made the whole process easy and hassle-free. We were able to come to a good price in a short amount of time. If you go to Hassett Ford, I highly recommend you ask for Tom.

They worked very hard to make sure we left with our new car. They gave Excellent service and was outstanding in their efforts and friendliness.

It's not often that I would take the time to write a review about someone but Scott Rosenfeld really was an exception person to deal with. I think everyone has the same perception of a 'car salesman' and it's not one that is all that appealing (sorry, car salespeople, but there is truth to that) .. however, Scott is the complete opposite of that perception. If you really want a salesperson that is courteous, knowledgeable, and really compassionate, then you have to go to Hassett of Wantagh and you have to get Scott Rosenfeld to help you. I have leased two vehicles from Scott and I never felt that he was pressuring me into anything ... in fact, I have to say that we had actually agreed on one payment and when he came back to write it up, he lowered it a little ... (I hope he doesn't get into trouble for that!). Thank you so much Scott for being the person you are. Such a pleasure working with you and I look forward to my next lease through you. ....Steph

just wanted to say that after the sale of my explorer phil my salesman delivered as promised.he called me to check on me and i also went back to him to go over the options in my truck that i forgot how to use.just wanted to say thanks.

The sales staff at Hasset Ford,especially my sales consultant,Mike Scannello,were very helpful,courteous,and professional in all aspects of my transaction! This was extremely important to me considering the last time I leased was not at all a pleasant experience. I was not satisfied at all with the other Ford dealership I used my first time leasing my Edge and Fusion,so much to the point that I vowed never to do any business with that dealership or another Ford dealer for that matter! As my leases were ending I shopped around for different brands but I truly wanted to re-lease my two vehicles because my wife and I were so happy with both our car and truck. I decided to give another Ford dealer a chance at earning my business. From the moment I walked into Hasset Ford I knew my experience would be much different. My salesman Mike Scannello was the first to greet me rather quickly and tended to my car needs right away. I told him my experience with the previous Ford dealer and he assured me that would not happen at Hasset. Mike listened to me from the start and I found him to be honesr,forthright,and knowledgable about what I wanted my lease to be. He worked very hard to get to the numbers I needed to be satisfied with my leases and further assured that those would be the figures and there would be no hidden costs added on later. This was critical to me because the last dealings with the other dealer I felt I was being scammed by the salesman and everything he told me was not the truth! Mike treated me with respect and it so easy to come up with a very fair deal working with him.I was very happy after I agreed to the leases and I would recommend Hasset to all friends and family.I would definitely recommend Mike because of his honesty and true professionalism!
