I ordered a 2010 United Grey, 4-door, TDi in March 2009,...

I ordered a 2010 United Grey, 4-door, TDi in March 2009, it came in in October 2009 and I took delivery. Sean was excellent and kept me abreast of the shipment details as soon as he had them. I love my new TDi, I've been a VW owner for 10 years and I've never been happier. Also, I had a few service needs and the staff at Nemer took care of me and was friendly, professional and courteous. THANKS NEMER!!!

i asked for a rental car to go back to work and it seemed...

i asked for a rental car to go back to work and it seemed like a big deal. not too friendly. i asked the day before and was promised a rental car...when i dropped my jetta off the next day, mike in service didnt know what i was talking about. the mike in sales has been very good we plan to buy from him again.

Was in for my 30 day checkup of my new car, services was...

Was in for my 30 day checkup of my new car, services was completed within the timeframe quoted. Was greeted well, was informed what they would be doing for the 30 day checkup. When completed, the service manager found me in the waiting area and let me know that I was all set.

I visited Nemer VW in search of a new GTI. I found one...

I visited Nemer VW in search of a new GTI. I found one that I loved but the price was simply to high. My husband and I tried to negotiate and the sales representative kept going to the manager to negotiate. Unfortunately, we were unable to agree on the price that I was willing to pay. WE then discussed the possiblity of a used GTI but after searching the sales person could not find one with the options I wanted. WE left empty handed. The next day I happened upon a 2007 GTI with the options that I wanted at a Chevy dealership. I purchased it right away as I had already sold my current vehicle and was in need of a new one. The next week, I received an email from your dealership salesperson stating that after much discussion your company would be willing to sell me the new GTI for the price that I wanted. Sadly, I already had bought the 2007. Had your company just agreed a bit sooner I would have purchased the newer model. That being said, I was pleased with all of the customer service I did receive while there. Your sales staff were very helpful and definitely worked hard to try to secure the deal I wanted.

Mike Heaph is the new agent. He is good. I understand...

Mike Heaph is the new agent. He is good. I understand that Andrew ( my former contact) went to another dealership. I would have liked it if Andrew had referred me to the Mike or the Mike had taken the time to look up my status and realized that I was a long standing customer and given me a welcome note before I came in and found Andrew gone. I like the Nemer dealership and will continue to do business with them. The agents explain what they are going to do, let me know what they did and note why I was charged the price that I had to pay. I feel comfortable dealing with Nemer, even though my car, which I purchased there in 2000 is ten years old now.

I have given the rating because i recieved great customer service, everyone there was so friendly & helpful, that i have recommended to my friends & will in the future.You hear a lot of other dealerships promising the moon, but your still just a #. At Nemer your a person and thats what counts.

Second car I bought from him. Great sales guy! He is honest, clear, knowledgable and funny. He was able to clearly answer all my questions. Understood the leasing deals. He followed-up on the usual administrative issues related to insurance and licensing. Did effective job in covering key features on the Jetta.

I needed a second key and the parts was very helpful. ...

I needed a second key and the parts was very helpful. The key worked great and I had purchased an uncut key on Ebay. At first I thought there might have been a problem but no issue. The car was a 2004 Jetta 1.8T. I tried this because the additional keys are so expensive.

They made the experience a fun one even though I didn't...

They made the experience a fun one even though I didn't purchase a car that day. They showed they cared and wanted to help in any way possible. When I am ready to but, I will drive back to Albany and buy from them. Along with a great price, they supplied food, drinks, as many test drives as I needed.

Great customer service--clear, friendly. Though the procEss was lengthy, the staff was helpful and warm. The salesman w worked with was very knowledgable with regard to the vehicle specs--espacially safety issues. I lok forward yo buying there again.
