Martin Nemer VW of Latham

Most of the experience was good, but I was given better pricing at another VW dealership - both for sales and service. I am moving into the Schenectady area and would like to re-establish. The other suggestion I have, is that I'd like to see more coupons/savings on amenity parts like car mats, etc. These are so highly priced that I and others often go to the Internet. It would definately be good for the dealership to establish and keep customers by periodically discounting these to get customers back in.

I have been leasing cars from Nemer for more than 15 years now. I have always been satisfied with the sales teams that I have dealt with through the years as well as the service crew. My car is always ready when promised. I always tell friends to check out Nemer when they need a new or used car.

They were very nice and helpfull with the finacial help. Rebecca is always in contact to make sure of any changes. She is always in contact via phone or e-mail to help me get finaced and find the right vehicle. Rebecca is a great employee and very courtous.

The dealership has extensive knowledge and timely service. They work with you and provide great analysis of your job in need. As far as the sales force goes, they listen to the clients needs and go far beyond their duties to help a client obtain their goals for purchasing a vehicle. One of the classiest dealerships in all of the Capitol Region. May the best be with you and your firm.

My experience with the service department of Nemer has been great. I had a problem with my new Jetta's sensor when I purchased it from Nemer. I had to bring the Jetta in a few times and left it with them for about two weeks. I received numerous updates on what was wrong with my vehicle as well as when it would be ready to be picked up. I would recommend Nemer to anyone considering a Volkswagon.

Nemer VW was far more helpful and friendly than other local VW dealers. Other dealers were aggressive and abrasive during the sales process. Nemer associates took to the time to take me on a test drive, walked around the lot with me on a cold day and thoroughly explained the leasing process. I visited Nemer first then another local dealer and was shocked at the disparity between the two sale methods. If I ever purchase a VW in the future I will surely return to Nemer.

i had a rather unpleasant experiance when i first purchased the car. after months of stress i spoke with steve cannon, came in and was all taken care of. my car is currently being serviced. and i was given a very nice jetta as a loaner car. i am releaved to finally have this squared away. and i am extremely happy about the service i received from steve. I, myself work in consumer relations and i deal with retailer customers on a daily basis, and being treated like a human being and not just a source of money for your company is always refreshing. i hope to do buisness with neemer again in a few years when i am seeking a newer car.

I was interested in a Jetta TDI Sportwagon and stopped in at Nemer after talking with other dealers in this area. They had the car I was interested in on the lot and gave us a fair price on the Jetta as well as my trade. I love the car and dealing with the service and parts department (regular maintenance and new snows with rims) has been a pleasure.

Overall the customer service is good, but I have talked to a few employees that seem dull and give off an uninviting attitude, though it is just their personality, nothing personal. I do like how you're not necessarily nagged while looking through the cars and it is nice that ones able to browse without being forced to purchase.

I purchased a new 09 passat from nemer in may of last year and ever since I have enjoyed the benefits of their dedication to customer service. Their sales staff are extremely knowledgable about their products and their service department has always taken the time to explain to me exactly what I want to know about my vehicle. Nemer does a great job a continuing relationships with their customers.
