I was lied to.

I was lied to. I have a warranty issue that needed to be fixed. They refused to fix the warranty issue without an expensive diagnostic test. However, I was assured that I wouldn't have to pay for the diagnotic test if they determined that it was a warranty issue. It turned out to be a warranty issue but they decided that I needed to fix something else for $1200 before they would fix the warranty issue. I have a video of the diagnotic that I sent to the dealership I bought the car from. They agreed that I was being scammed. However, since they tricked me into signing something saying I agreed to pay for the dianostic I left with over $300 out of my pocket and a car that still didn't work. Go somewhere else. These guys are going to pull a bait and switch any way they can.

We have worked with Shawn Rideout September 2024 buying a new vehicle and on May 28th 2025 we bought another new vehicle from Shawn. He is outstanding. Very honest and upfront with the price. Very easy to work with. No pressure.
