Came in because my car wasn't starting occasionally and a rep informed me that the car needed a battery replacement, to which I obliged. Fast forward post service after around 4 hours, I got my car back washed and with a new battery (great!) but the center screen was no longer working and there was a ton of other electric issues; lock/unlock buttons and interior lights wouldn't turn on when the car was off. The rep I was initially working with, Kyle Guyette was respectful and professional in assisting me and for him I give a perfect 5 stars but his manager, Christian Ortega, is the reason for this negative review. He claimed that they received the car in this condition when I literally used the back up camera that shows up on the center screen that very morning! He insisted that his technician is not at fault and that I dropped it off like that. His conflict resolution, communication, customer service and deescalation skills were very disappointing as he was quite rude and condescending. He kept flaunting his "20 years of experience" to try to shut me down for disputing the fact I was about to walk with my car worse than before after I paid $250. He provided me with 2 completely unreasonable options and eventually just walked off saying he'd be back in a few - he never came back to assist. Eventually I just came to a solution with Kyle who invited me the following day for a diagnostic which ended up displaying that a fuse blew. They did fix it free of charge and I was able to get it all sorted out. However, this only came with hours of time waste and headache and I attribute this horrible experience with Christian Ortega and the technician that claimed to have received it like that. As a honda customer, I recommend adding the center display screen as part of the pre-service pictures taken to avoid situations like this and an investigation in Christian's incompetence. Finally, to reiterate again, this poor review does not reflect on Kyle Guyette, he was excellent and very helpful in this bad situation - 5 stars to him.

Advertised price on Autotrader isn’t the total price bcse of add ins they include. Nice people though. Just not willing to remove the add ins. I offered the Autotrader price plus 6.25% interest plus $389 (their title and license fees) and they declined my offer. Unfortunate bcse I drove a long way to test drive the car. Was a really good car too.

I needed work done on my Honda pilot to fix a
I needed work done on my Honda pilot to fix a transmission problem that was under a 150,000 mile extended warranty. I placed a call to Grapevine Honda and explained the error code on the transmission and the Honda warranty extension. My call was returned promptly by service advisor Andrew Chavira, who quickly and efficiently confirmed my eligibility for warranty work and began the process of ordering needed parts and scheduling work. The work was done in an efficient and timely fashion, exactly as had been discussed with Mr. Chavira. There were no extra or hidden costs, and no pressure to have added service work done. It was a big and expensive job, all covered by Honda’s warranty. The work was completed, and so far, the Pilot is running perfectly. Grapevine Honda even washed the Pilot before returning it. Based on my experience, I recommend Grapevine Honda’s service department and Mr. Chavira.

I went online at CarGurus and looked for a Honda
I went online at CarGurus and looked for a Honda Ridgeline I found one I contacted the seller witch was grapevine Honda I was met with a response from Ronald Jackson, Sales Representative I asked for the cash price and he sent it to me it was also discounted for a cash price of $14,000 off I thought okay sounds good to me I’ll go take a look when I got there I was met with a salesman Curtis witch was nice I told him I found the deal To be a good one and wanted to drive it and if I liked it I would make a deal to buy it out right cash to get the discount he got the keys long story short I loved it was ready to make the deal then I was met with Ronald Jackson, Sales Representative to let me know the deal was an error on the dealership there was only a discount of $7,000 and was sorry for sending me misleading information I feel very disappointed and upset I already got a loan for the full amount of what I thought would be the price I walked away without the vehicle I don’t think it was fair it be mislead and I think it was falsely advertised I would not recommend doing business with grapevine Honda my name is Mason Hayes

It appears there was a glitch with our digital retailing tool, Roadster, which inadvertently displayed an inflated discount when selecting the cash payment option. I initially sent you the finance Roadster details with payments and informed you that the same price could be used if you decided to proceed with a cash purchase. When you arrived, I explained that the $14,000 discount was due to this glitch, and I regret that this led to a disappointing experience. I have reached out to Roadster to correct this issue to prevent future occurrences. I apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused.
