Grapevine Honda has been a blessing to me and my family. I bought my daughter's first car there and got excellent service by Nathaniel (Nate Dawg). I had an issue with the car and I discussed it with Derrick, the Sales Manager, and he immediately went to work on finding her a new car, unlike the original used car, and the dealership paid half the difference for the new car.Then Roger Rodriguez helped me get the newer car. He was great also. In addition, the the service department has been great also. I have had two interactions with my service associate Chris Black. He has been awesome. I am very satisfied with Grapevine Honda.
