Lee was fantastic!
Lee was fantastic! I went in to get my car serviced at 3:30 on a Saturday and was out by 5. They were able to get my oil change, tire rotation, and take care of my Recall. The waiting environment was super relaxing and I enjoyed the complimentary water and coffee. I do wish they were able to get my emissions inspection done, but that was an oversight on my part.

It is with big disappointment that I have to share this
It is with big disappointment that I have to share this review. I had called about a VW Pink Beetle as early as 11AM and had been talking with Tim (a very kind and sweet person). He had me on video to look at this car and right then I said I’d buy it, no hesitation. I was sent the iPacket and “pencil numbers” and talked about warranty and all. Financing was already secured for a different vehicle, all that had to be done was switch VINs on the loan document. While my husband was on the phone with the bank, Tim lets me know that the keys were taken from him by the manager for a test drive for someone else. I immediately put in an application for financing through the dealership and kept Tim in the loop the entire time to try and get the keys back. While someone else was on a test drive, the application was in and supposedly pushed and of course approved. At approximately 3:30PM I get a call from the business office at Grapevine Honda, the 2017 VW #PinkBeetle was sold, claiming they went under contract before me with the nerve to ask if I had another car in mind. What an underhanded and dirty business that was. No integrity and no honor within that dealership and especially the manager to do that. I later sent a message to Tim wishing him luck there, her is a young and happy guy that has no business amongst a disgusting way of doing business. This dealership places the sale over the customer.
