Scheduled NYS Inspection on our 2020 Chevy Equinox and

Scheduled NYS Inspection on our 2020 Chevy Equinox and new wiper blades. This was done very well. When picking up the vehicle it was noted that it had a courtesy check done on it. I was wondering what constitutes a courtesy check, because after driving the vehicle home I checked the windshield and radiator fluid levels and they both needed more fluid added..just curious??
