We took our equinox in for an oil change and tire

We took our equinox in for an oil change and tire rotation, we were very impressed with our service tech. Austin will be a wonderful asset to matthews. I went in for an oil change and came out with a new cabin filter as well as being notified about our air filter needing change. The care and concern was much appreciated. Thank you!

The first time I brought my 2017 Escalade in a couple

The first time I brought my 2017 Escalade in a couple years ago for tire rotation and oil change, my tires were not rotated despite them saying they were.. I marked the tires so I knew whether or not they had been rotated. Most recently, I was in again for a tire rotation and oil change, and while that service was completed, the service guy told me a couple things were broken and I would notice grease in my driveway and the suspension would feel off. Now, these are two things I had not noticed at all prior to my service appointment that day. Now I have grease spots in my driveway that were not there prior to my appointment. Needless to say, we will not be back. Apparently these maintenance people cannot be trusted. 😞
