i wish i could give a good review , how ever i did have

i wish i could give a good review , how ever i did have some issues . the service dept was helpful and i don,t have a complaint there. when the oil change and tire rotation was complete i proceeded to the pay counter to pay and presented a $ 20.00 off gift card ( FROM GM ) and no one knew what to do with it. after about 20 mins they came back and showed me where they took the $ 20.00 off but said next time i should show the coupon before the service is done. ( when i go to a store i show my coupons at the pay window ) so i dont really look at the bill until i get back to work and notice that i was charged almost $ 45 .00 to have a nail removed and patch placed on a tire that i told them had a small leak. how ever i did not tell them that i had a zurich tire and wheel extended warranty that was purchased through Matthews when i bought the car. they can tell you when to have your oil changed and when your inspection is due , but no mention of what type of coverages you have that would help the service people do thier job with out me having to take the time to write this.
