Allen is the best in customer service!
I've been a Mini leaser/owner since 2009. Allen has been my service provider for the last 9 years. He always takes care of me, answers calls/voice mails in record speed, is extremely informative, is conscientious/mindful of the money I spend, remembers me, etc. etc. etc. I could go on and on. The company, in general, is customer oriented and Allen just takes it to the next level. :) Jessie C.

Love my MINI from MINI of Baltimore County
Love my MINI. It's the second one I've purchased from MINI of Baltimore County. When I walk in the service guys Allen and Yoni always remember me by name. They take fantastic care of me what ever needs to be done. I recommend them to everyone. If you are in the market for a great car, I suggest you go test drive a . And you can ask for my sales guy Jeff he will also take fantastic care of you. LOVE MY MINI...

All dealerships should clone Allen Rolocut
Having owned many European cars over the course of my 40 years of driving, I have naturally been to the dealerships for repairs and service more than the average customer. In some cases, far more often. In all those trips over the many years, Mini of Baltimore has stood out for their friendliness, respect, and for always striving to go the extra mile. Allen Rolocutt, in particular, is by far, the best Service Advisor I have ever worked with. He is friendly and courteous, of course, but also has an empathy and understanding of the frustrating circumstances often faced by customers. I wish I could run into Allen at all the dealerships I visit for service.

Always a great experience!
My experience with MINI's service has always been great and that experience starts with the service rep. Yoni Baron is amazing because he always treats me like an old friend. I like to establish a relationship with providers and if I'm going to have my car serviced, why would I take it anyplace else? I get consistently good service and a really pleasant experience. That's all I could ask.

Awesome Experience
Allen Rolocut is my service adviser. He's always professional and friendly and is much better than anyone I've had at other dealers. He goes out of his way to make sure I'm taken care of. The service received is by far the BEST I've ever received from a car dealer and a service adviser. As a side note, I also like the new pay online feature.

Great Experience

Positive experience
This was my first time at the Service Center and Alan Rolocut was extremely helpful - from the moment he checked me in - he was very responsive and listened to all my concerns. He kept me informed while I waited and let me know the ongoing status. When it was determined I had to leave the car until the next day, he arranged a loaner and made the process so efficient. I greatly appreciated his patiently reviewing all the features on the loaner car before I drove off. I felt he went above and beyond to make sure my experience at Mini of Baltimore was a positive one. He kept in contact with me the following day to let me know the status of my car repairs and was very informative of what the repairs included.
