MINI of Towson

I have been using this dealership/service center for almost 10 years. I am so pleased with the service and the relationship I have built with Yoni. I first got a Mini because it was my dream car... I am now on my 3rd Mini Cooper Kama and it is not just because I love the car, but also because of the experience I have had here and working with Yoni. I would not trust anyone else with my car. They care, they communicate, and they are honest. You can't ask for much more! I also recently had the experience of buying a vehicle with Matt. Although you can tell he is young and just getting his feet wet, he knew his stuff and helped me a great deal in my newest Mini purchase. Adnon in finance was also super friendly and made the process easy. You guys rock, keep doing what you're doing!

Yoni always goes out of his way and beyond so you get the best service there is to get. He treats you like family and that's what you want.

What can I say about about Mini Of Towson and Mr. Allen. I feel that my car is a brand new one. If it isn’t I will be back. Lol, if I heard something Allen is on it, If I need something Allen is on it, Allen needs a raise. He has the perfect temperament dealing with an array of personalities from customers around the tristate area. As usual my experience during my recent service visit at Mini of Towson was incredible. Yani Baron was my service rep. He always professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the Towson store. Melanie was my service rep for my loaner car. She was very helpful and professional. I did not remember my insurance policy #..... she called the insurance company to check coverage and I was on my way. Two thumps up...5 Stars...10s across the board to MINI of TOWSON!!!!

We purchased a used MINI elsewhere. Having worked in the automotive industry, I know trained, experienced technicians using factory parts result in better service and repairs. So we brought the MINI to MINI of Baltimore for service. Allen Rolocut has been excellent. He has taken care of our maintenance needs and repairs with a friendly touch letting us know what is needed now and what to look for in the future. Just what our MINI needs!
