Keeping the Wife Happy

Great place to have the car serviced or to get help. The staff is great they work hard to be prompt and help you with any problems. Service is always good. Access is great either with an appointment or just dropping in. Car was serviced and washed. Wife is happy.

Allen Rolocut is the best

I always bring my mini in to Towson Mini for service and am fortunate that Allen is always there to help me. He explains everything in plain language, is always pleasant and provides a loaner car if necessary. I have had my mini cooper for 11 years and I absolutely love it. I get very worried when something goes wrong, but Allen always allays my fears and takes care of the situation. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that.

Great Customer Service

I had a extended warranty problem on my mini cooper, mini took the time to make sure it was fixed right and running great. The sales rep, Yoni, went above and beyond to stay in contact and keep me updated on the progress of my car.

Outstanding Service

Jonathan (Yoni) Baron in the MINI of Baltimore Service Department is a delight to interact with. He doesn't just provide outstanding service, he actually cares enough to remember my name AND my two grandsons who typically accompany me to my service appointments (9 and 6 years old). I know it's his job, but I honestly feel like I'm dealing with a friend when we talk.

Great service

I got a flat on the way to the airport. Allen was fantastic. He made sure tires were in stock before I was towed in. The best part was Allen did not try to upsell me into getting something I didn't need right away. Allen was friendly and straightforward which the other Mini dealerships I've been to have been lacking at. I will definitely make the extra drive to get my future services done at the Towson dealership.

Excellent service department!

From start to finish I got a friendly greeting, a complete explanation about the work to be done, and all done at a reasonable time. Joni has an amazing way of taking a personal interest in his customers. It really is a pleasure doing business with Baltimore mini service department.

Always a good experience!

Brought my Mini in on a Monday morning for brake issues. Yoni got me in right away and, as always, kept me informed about what was going on and how much longer it would take. Within a couple of hours I was back on the road with new brake pads, a resurfaced rotor, and a freshly washed car. To top it off I only missed two hours of work. Everyone over at Mini of Baltimore is top notch, and Yoni is always ready and able to answer all my questions in a knowledgeable and friendly style. Thanks!

2016 Countryman Service

Just had 30k service staff added on oil change and wipers all under maintenance plan. My car is running smooth and looking good. Thanks to Yoni Baron and all their staff for a great service experience!

Service with my 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman S All4

I would like to thank Yani for all his help with my Mini. Answered every question that I had. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your Mini to Yani.
