MINI of Towson

I currently have 2 MINI vehicles and I am totally committed to their up keep. Yoni my service advisor has been there for years and I am grateful for that. He always has my best interest in mind without trying to sell me something I don’t need. Other places, in my past have tried to do to unnecessary work....terrible. They have fair pricing and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on my babies. I previously had unexpected emergency issues with one of my MINI’s and went to a closer service station and boy did I get ripped off. Never again. Yoni’s the best!

I've experienced nothing but good things at the MINI dealership in Towson. Yoni Baron has been very accommodating and forthright in all of my service visits. He actively tries to help me plan for expenses, and doesn't use any sort of scare tactics to bump up the prices. I've also had great experiences with Adnan, and with Jake, and will likely buy my next MINI from this dealership in the future.

I brought my Mini in for maintenance ,well it needed some serious work, instead . As usual ALLEN ROLOCUT saved the day and my weekend .He succinctly explained the problem , and got me on my way in a loner car .I have come to relay on the professional, courteous experience of Mini thru ALLEN. Thank you to the mechanic who fixed my car too .

Yoni (Jonathan Baron) has been my primary service consultant for quite a few years now and I've always enjoyed working with him. Great communicator - stays in touch with me about what is going on with my car - consults with me about things I want to have done from a very knowledgeable perspective. Plus, he's always friendly. I just had service and it was a great experience with him as always, coming out with an improved car at the end of the process. I'm really enjoying driving it even more now. Thanks Yoni! Last summer, I worked with Allen Rolocut as my service consultant for the first time. Working with him was excellent as well. He listened to exactly what I wanted to do with my car, gave prompt service with good communication and great knowledge, and I came out on the other side with improvements to my car that made a difference in enjoyment of driving it. I'll be glad and feel confident if I'm working with Yoni or Allen at any point in the future.

Purchased our 2005 Convertible Cooper S when it first appeared in the showroom. We’ve loved her ever since. The Service Dept at MiniTowson, especially Alan R , have taken excellent care of me and my Mini Cooper. Our Mini lived in Florida for a while and was serviced in West Palm with very disappointing results. We brought her back to Maryland to be in the care of Mini of Towson and she couldn’t be happier! Neither could we! Mini Towson Rules!!!!!

I took my car to Mini of Towson for the free spring clinic. Once again, I was delighted with the service and professionalism of the staff. My delightful special buddy, Allen, so expertly took care of registering me and seeing that the car and its owner ( nicknamed "Trouble") were promptly attended to. Allen is always there when needed as is Yoni, also a favorite and a delight. It was great to walk in and be greeted by Allen, Yoni and most professional reps . Thanks to all, once again, for a wonderful experience!!!!

I appreciate, extremely, the folks @ Mini. I live in Randallstown, Md. and work in Silver Spring, Md. This is a long drive every day. This dealership is alway a pleasant experience. I recently to took my Mini Copper S for the spring checkup (which is free with a coupon). A complete check was conducted and during that time my cabin filter was replaced as needed The staff are always very professional and pleasant to work with. This particular time I worked with Allen Rolocut. He was topnotch and explained everything and the process. You could also see this as he dealt with other customers. I have also worked with Yoni Baron, and he too, is very professional.
