Mini of Baltimore is by far the best service experience I've had as a car owner. The staff is always courteous and goes out of the way to make you comfortable. I brought my daughter this time as she was off of school. Allen made sure that she was taken care of and had activities to keep busy. I highly recommend!

I have owned several different vehicles, with wide range of experiences with service departments. It is the service department at Mini Of Townson that sold me on the brand from day one. My Service Advisor, Alan Rolocut make me feel like I am the only customer that he has. I feel like he cares as much about the service of my vehicle as I do. What I realize is that he probably makes all the customers feel this way. A service technician can either make or break a dealership, no doubt in mind Alan makes Mini of Towson the dealership of choice for me.
