MINI of Towson

Called, well texed Yoni Baron to ask about a simple issue. As it turned out, my timing couldn't have been better. Yoni explained that it was time for a number of things. Well, a quick scheduling and visit later, it was in and out very soon. As always, the service at MINI of Balto Co. is the best ever. Thanks, an a big "hey "to Alan too!

I purchased my car from San Francisco Mini and relocated to Baltimore. Was told that I could expect the same level of service from any Mini dealership and that's been the truth. I can report that I would highly recommend that if you are purchasing a new Mini that you come to Mini of Baltimore, they've been very responsive, have provided solid customer service and welcomed me even though I purchased my Mini elsewhere. Ask for Yoni- he's been terrific. He's extremely patient and very pleasant to work with !

I had scheduled Preventive Maintenance visit with Yoni, and a couple added things to look at that I requested. My appointment was scheduled at time of my convenience, and Yoni saw to it that a Mini of Baltimore County loaner was waiting for me. To address the extra that i had requested for Yoni to do, he called to let me know how much extra it would cost which i agreed to. When i picked up my car, the invoice was about $40 less then expected. Kudos to Yoni and the whole service team. As per the loaner, I always request a 1985 Yugo, but Yoni always puts me in a brand new, fully loaded Mini of some sort, which just taunts my wallet, and keeps me driving Mini's! If I didn't know better, I'd think he plans it that way!! I thoroughly enjoyed my day in the new Countryman, and had fun playing with the features that my Clubman does not have. As usual, I received the first class service and treatment I've grown to expect and receive from Yoni and Mini of Baltimore County! Keep up the fine work!! Randy Goldberg

Pearl the '14 tuxedo MINI is well taken care of here. Mr. Baron keeps track of what's needed and arranges the most prompt and efficient service he can. In a perfect world, the cost of maintaining would be less, but Mr. Baron understands this car was purchased for what's under the hood: He economizes where possible, and explains each item on the invoices. You get what you pay for.

I continue to be a Mini owner because Yoni is my service advisor. Everytime I need service (either regular or when one of the magic lights appear), Yoni helps diagnose the problem, explains what needs to be checked or done, and then makes sure my car is serviced as soon as possible. The fact that he checks his voicemail and calls me back on his day off shows his dedication to customer service.

Been working with one of the best service advisors around!! Jonathan “Yoni” Baron has been beyond super responsive for the last three years that I’ve been a MINI owner. His customer service and empathy skills are better than I’ve seen at higher end retailers or lifestyle brands. This would keep me an enthusiasm for the brand for life. This past week I had two different issues and he took care of these issues with the greatest ease! I would highly recommend working with MINI of Baltimore and Yoni for all of your service needs!!

I recently purchased my first MINI. Working with Jake and Adnan was like working with friends. I wanted to test drive a JCW with the manual transmission. The only one they had was the floor model. They said no problem and fired it up and drove it off the floor. The whole experience was truly a positive experience. They were very knowledgeable about MINI and have made me a forever fan. They truly exceeded my expectations, especially for a customer who was new to the brand.

Jake, Calvin and Allen all worked together to help me trade in my existing Mini for a newer one. I've been to other Mini dealers and none compared to the service and professionalism I encountered at Mini of Baltimore. They really went above and beyond!
