New Car Purchase

My recent purchase of a new Mini was a very pleasant experience. I was looking for a car with specific features and Jason took the time to search their inventory and beyond for one that met my needs. Jason is definitely focused on the customer having a positive buying experience. All the paperwork was ready when I arrived to pick up the car which streamlined the process. Brian took me on a test drive on a variety of roads to see how the car handled, and when I picked my Mini up, he spent time going over all the features of the car. Really nice guys to do business with; very professional and genuinely interested in making the car buying experience as smooth as possible.

Outstanding dealership

This dealership is the best one I have ever dealt with.It does not matter who you deal with, they always have your interest as their first priority. Last year I lost my husband very suddenly and when I had to go to the dealership for some repair work, Yoni went out of his way to make sure that Mini paid as much as possible for the repair. This will always be my go to dealership.

Bike Rack Insrtalled

After my Mini Fini Bike Rack was damaged in an accident, Mini Baltimore installed a new system from Mini Fini for me. The installation was excellent.

maintenance and repair service

Allen my Service Manager was attentive, thorough, and unhurried at my vehicle check in. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction eventhough not all of them pertained to my reasons for service that particular day and genuinely cared about my vehicle and any concerns I had. My maintenance and repair were completed in the estimated amount of time. When I asked about a particular maintenance issue he honestly advised me that while it could be done at this time, it wasn't necessary and would be costly.

Purchase of a mini cooper.

Mini of Baltimore once again has gone above and beyond! This is the second vehicle we have purchased with the help of Jason Rourk in the past 8 months. Jason went above and beyond to assist us. He knowingly scheduled an appointment with us after his work day was done. He sacrificed time with his family helping us purchase a vehicle to replace one totaled in an accident. We hope to purchase our next vehicle from Jason!

Fantastic parts staff!

Eric in the parts department is one of the most patient consultants I've dealt with. I purchased a used Mini and like to customize my cars. He took the time to research for parts and find the answers to all my questions. Wonderful experience every time.

Top Notch Dealership

Mini is always very polite and friendly, but not stodgy like BMW. I took my car in because the batery died during the cold, but they didn't try to sell my a new one since they said I am not ready. They did discover a serious problem during my routine maintenance. Since my warranty had expired the month before, they pleaded my case with Mini, and I ended up getting the $3,000 job covered. They gave me a brand new loaner while they worked on my car for a few days. When it was ready, I told them I was worried about driving back in the snow, so they let me keep the loaner for another day. I can't say enough about what a great dealership this is. I am on my second Mini, and I am sure I will buy another when it's time.

Great experience

We bought a new mini countryman this past weekend and worked with Jason Rourk. We couldn't be more pleased with the level of service and the way Jason and the team at Mini of Baltimore treated us. No pressure sales tactics or lengthy back and forth with "the manager". Thank you Jason for a great experience.
