Jess Wildasin is the best
I have a very demanding on call job which requires me to carry a lot of product around in my car on a daily basis. Jess gets me in as soon as possible, sets me up with a loaner, and goes the extra mile and helps me move my product between cars every time. I don't miss a beat at work when I have to get my car serviced.

Love this place!!
I am on my second Mini. My first one was used and I was reluctant to take it to a dealership. My reluctance was unfounded and, I have found, that they are great to work with. Allen, in particular, has earned my respect and appreciation. He knows a lot about these cars and his guidance has been invaluable in determining which repairs are necessary and which can wait. I trust his advice and don't hesitate to sing his praises to anyone who asks.

Our Guy Is Great
It's possible that Jess Wildasin has other clients, but I choose to believe that my husband and I are the only ones. It's easy to think so, because that's the way it feels when we come in for service. Jess has a relaxed, mellow, warm personality. He's always glad to see us, and his efficiency dealing with concerns, large and small, leads logically to our dealership loyalty. Jess is the face of Mini of Baltimore for us. I really appreciate how he stays in communication with us with every issue. I'm not a "car person", but he always responds to my questions with pleasant respect. We've got a guy at Mini, and our guy is Jess. Our guy is great!

Purchase of 2014 Countryman
Jeff Testerman was great to work with, didn't pressure us. Was a great great help along with his manager in getting our financing approved. Rhonda Kelleher in finance explained & answered all of our questions and was helpful in paper work transfer to PA. Donna Vetters our Mini Genius was great & informative of features of our Countryman. And refreshments were great & appreciated during our test drive & purchasing process.

Outstanding Customer Service!!!
They always try to accommodate you even for last minute service appointments. The staff is nice and friendly, the store is clean and organized even the restroom, and their pricing is competitive. And you can't beat having Cooper come and say hi to you once you get in! :)

Great Service
I just want to state that since I purchased my Mini in 2010, I have enjoyed working with the entire staff at this dealership. Though I did not purchase my car from this dealership, it was this dealership that put my car into the best possible condition that the other dealership messed up. Its a pleasure to bring my car in for service, or just stop to ask a question. Your waiting area and the amenities are outstanding. I enjoy walking around and looking at the models on the floor. its amazing to say that I want to keep my car because of the service and the atmosphere Thanks for being who you are. My service tech (Yoni Baron) is also the reason I have kept my car. Mr. Baron is a pleasure to work with. He is a sincere individual who cares about the owner as well as the vehicle. I can call and ask the most outrageous question and he just smiles and answers me in laymen's terms that I can understand. He is a great asset to your dealership as well as to the Mini name for me.

Jess Wildasin is the man
Jess Wildasin is a one of kind when it comes to great customer service. Whenever I need scheduled service done he is there right on the phone ready to set me up and scheduled. Jess is a wealth of knowledge. Every time I have a question he is always there with a answer. Great customer service
