"Greatest Service with a smile"...

Top Notch Service with a smile

Seems like my MINI rarely needs service but when those infrequent maintenance visits do arise I'm happy to visit my service advisor , Allen Rolocut. Without fail he takes care of me and my MINI with a welcome smile. I feel like Royalty when I'm there. Last visit I picked up my car just as the dealership was closing. Despite the late hour he gave me a little lesson, including hand drawn pictures, in automotive engineering as it pertained to to my cars preventative service. That was much appreciated and really above the call of duty.

Service Department is the Best

All the members of the Service Staff are great. Allen Rolocut is our rep and takes great care to ensure we are satisfied and that our vehicle is delivered as promised. He goes above and beyond expectation each and every visit.

I drive 2 hours and 100 miles for service.....

I drive a long way for good service. I pass multiple dealerships along the way for the service I receive from Jess at this one. As a general manager of several Harley-Davidson dealerships I know good service when I receive it!

Kudos to Yoni @ Mini Baltimore

Whether I have a question, a problem or regular service on my Mini, Yoni is always so responsive and helpful. He is quick to provide answers, and makes sure I understand everything about my car, its maintenance schedule and available programs, the expected amount of time necessary in service, and even once helped me sync my phone! He makes sure everything is in order before handing the keys back to me, and does so with a genuine smile. His expertise and friendly attitude are the epitome of excellent service, and the reason why I will keep coming back.

Jess always provides excellent customer service. He takes the time to explain the best way to maintain our vehicles. He is a main reason we are loyal, returning MINI BALTIMORE customers!

Mini Review

My Service Rep; Jess, was just wonderful and very professional. He definitely will be my "go to" person for all future repairs, service, questions, etc. This was my first experience dealing with the Mini chain and I rate in all excellent and exceptional.

Great service!

Jonathan (Yoni) Baron exemplifies customer service. He always does a careful review of what I need and makes sure I get the best service possible at a fair price. He also makes sure I am kept informed of progress and any delays. I feel that he is looking out for me. The rest of the staff is also friendly and efficient.

Happy Together

Jess wildasin has been my service advisor for quite awhile. In fact, I cant remember if I've ever had anyone else. Whenever I come in he greets me with a smile and a handshake. I have owned my Mini for over 4 years and I can honestly say that on every visit Jess has made me feel valued as a customer. We recently had a major repair and Jess made every effort to help us understand the issue. Working with Jess is part of why I have been so happy with my Mini experience.
