Clubman is a smooth operator
Whenever I call Yoni to schedule a service appointment, whether I need a loaner or not, he is always polite and informative, even for "minor" things. I had spoken to him about getting yellow fog lights, he noted that Mini doesn's supply them but that I could get aftermarket bulbs that they would install. I got the bulbs, made an early AM appointment, arrived late due to weather/traffic, but was still out in a few minutes in my clean Clubman with its yellow fog lights installed. The coffee's not too bad either.

Always treated like a queen!
I love going to MINI of Baltimore for all of my MINI needs. I've always had the best experiences there from buying cars to getting my car serviced. Yoni always takes great care of me and my car. His hospitality starts from the time I pull into the service bay. He's always right there to help me out of my car. I highly recommend this dealership for any of your MINI needs!

Best Dealership Ever
I am on my second MINI (of Baltimore) and as much as I love the car, I have to admit that it is the service that I receive that matters the most. N o matter what happens, or why I have to come in, Yoni makes the experience not just tolerable, but fun!!! I even had to wrap a few gifts once and he brought me tape and scissors!!! I cannot ask for more than a great car with guaranteed great service!!!

My Service Rep, Jonathan Baron "Yoni" is the BEST!!! He makes you want to stay in a Mimi forever. He's always very helpful, knowledgeable, and makes you feel that your problem is not that bad. He takes his time to explain what's going. He truly cares about his customers and loves what he does.

Excellent service @ Mini of Baltimore
I bought my wife's 2011 Mini Cooper S in for the 50,000 mile service. My service rep, Yoni, took the time and shared with me everything that needed to be done and asked me to just relax, get some coffee and watch the tv in the waiting area. So I did as he said and before I knew it, the car was ready and even had a new wash! My wife and I love the folks at Mini of Baltimore and I truly appreciated Yoni assistance on this visit!!!

WOW...a refreshing dealership experience!!
My wife has been wanting a MINI for several years as our runaround car. I'm so glad our first stop was MINI of Baltimore. Jason Rourk spent an entire rainy afternoon taking care of us and making us feel like we were part of their MINI family. We've purchased many new vehicles and have never had such a great experience and sense of comfort when we made our purchase. It's definitely a new and refreshing feeling for us! Our return trip the following day for some service upgrades was no different. We were greeted immediately and Jess knew us by name already! Everyone made sure were 100% satisfied, even down to the loaner car so we could spend the afternoon in Inner Harbor. We'd highly recommend Mini of Baltimore and will be back for all our service and Mini purchases!
