Great customer service and simple explanations

Brought my car in for an oil change. Was advised that I was way too early for an oil change but needed some immediate repairs to avoid a bigger issue. Service rep was honest and straight forward and advised what was NEEDED and not just to do everything that was recommended.

Mini of Baltimore

Absolutely a great place to service your Mini Cooper S any COOPERS :), they always guarantee the work with a live Video of the service rendered, no one does this like the Service Dept. at Mini of Baltimore County hats off to Allen and the staff of men and women in the service dept. Thank you!

Let me start off by saying every auto dealership should

Let me start off by saying every auto dealership should have a service writer like Allen! This man went well above my expectations. I purchased a Mini Cooper from another dealership that developed some engine issues. Allen contacted the selling dealership and explained what the problem was. They agreed to cover half of the cost since it was still under a 90-day powertrain warranty. Allen was in contact with them several times through the whole process. I never expected or even thought he would have done this. I'm very grateful for his help.

As usual, my experience with Mini of Towson was first

As usual, my experience with Mini of Towson was first class. Allen Rolocut is a super service advisor, who not only reminds me of the service items that need to be completed, but keeps me informed regarding the progress that the mechanic is making on the job while I wait. He also forecasts service items for the future so that I am not surprised when I come in for my oil change. Allen is a big reason that I always return for service.

I bought a 2014 Mini Cooper from carvana and it had some

I bought a 2014 Mini Cooper from carvana and it had some issues within the first week. I took it to mini of Towson to have the work done. My service advisor, Allen, was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my 10,000 questions. I greatly appreciate him answering my 25 phone calls asking different questions about my car and him making it so easy going through carvana's warranty process. The technician who worked on my vehicle, Jeff, is probably the most amazing and trustworthy mechanic I have ever met in my entire life. I actually met him a few years ago when I had my first Mini Cooper. I don't know many people that choose the car they're going to buy based on a specific technician, but I would gladly have a Mini Cooper for the rest of my life to have Jeff work on my cars.... I know that he's not going to lie to me to try to get me to have work done that I don't need. I have absolute peace of mind taking my vehicle to him. If you need any work done on your Mini Coopers, definitely take it to mini of Towson and request Jeff!!!!
