Mini Towson Great Service

I had a brake light alarm amd light come on while on way to work. I easily made appt to drop off my car during this same daywhich is also my work day. They took my car and informed me they would let me know all steps of the way. Wayne was very helpful with providing info and then arranging me a lyft ride back to work. He did say I would receive a video of the problem but I never did. They called to explain the issue and ask my approval before starting...personally, I have no idea what i am looking at so that works for me anyway.

Copy I am so impressed with this dealership.

Copy I am so impressed with this dealership. (Short back story) I travel for work and on my last trip my 2007 mini Cooper S had a major issue. The car was towed 100 miles to this dealership. The service adviser (Allen) from start to finish was very informative and honest. With video evidence I was told the engine was done. We just purchased a new vehicle for my wife and this puts us in a hard position financially. The financial side (Michael) of this dealership is amazing as well. They appraised the “paperweight” and gave a a fair and honest offer which we accepted. On top of all this my wife repeatedly commented to me how polite and respectful everyone treated us AND our 5 yr old son, that got dragged on a trip, was made to feel welcome as well. (Even being gifted a mini car toy) I wish we could purchase from these guys but financially it doesn’t work. In my opinion though, you can’t go wrong. I dealt with service and finance all in a week and remain impressed. I wish all dealerships were this way.

Simple and straightforward service

I had a flat tire, and I was able to easily make an appointment online to have it replaced. The dealer had my size tires in stock, while other companies did not. The entire process was straightforward and hassle free. Everyone at the dealer is always friendly.

Excellent Service Center.

Excellent Service Center. Allen Rolocut provides excellent care and is easy to reach. My car needed alot of repairs and when I drove her home; it was like driving a brand new car. All I needed was a Big Red Bow !!! Thank you. Marie, CRNA Johns Hopkins University Anesthesia

MINI of Towson Service with Alan Rolocut

When I bring my MINI into Alan, I know that my car will be properly cared for. He is honest, explains any issues or findings well, lets me know what my options are, and my car and I are always very well taken care of. Recently, when I had maintenance done, another issue unrelated to the maintenance popped up with my car the day after it was returned and had to be towed to the dealer. He made my servicing my car a priority so that I could get my car back quickly. His customer service is superior in every possible way.

Service at Mini of Towson

Once again superlative service from Mini of Towson and our service representative Allen. Our car alerted us and the dealership that it is time for oil maintenance. I talked with Allen since I needed also to schedule an end of lease appraisal. He connected me with Sales and scheduled an appointment for the oil service at my convenience. Once there I received the usual great service.
