Great place, just underpromise more.

Everything is done really well at Mini of Baltimore expect for setting time expectations. They over promise and underdeliver on the amount of time that repairs and services are going to take. They should underpromise and then overdeliver, something anyone in customer service knows. Don't tell me 10 am for a finish time when it's going to be 1130am. Tell me Noon and then get it to me at 1130am. I don't want sugar, I want black coffee. Other than that, these folks are great and honest.

Recent MINI Baltimore service

I've had two MINI Cooper S vehicles since 2004 totaling almost 300,000 miles that were bought at the Baltimore MINI dealer and have always had my cars serviced there. The recent service was an A/C repair, brake replacement, and oil change and as always, the service was really great with service adviser Allen Rolocut doing a great job of taking care of me and keeping me well informed. Thanks a bunch, Allen! See you next time!

The car buying experience was great until they failed to

The car buying experience was great until they failed to provide title for the car I purchased out right at the time of the sale . Here it is 5 months later and I still do not have a title for the vehicle and per Maryland state law they are required to have the title on premise at the time of sale and have 30 days to provide it to the consumer or finance company. We are at 5 months now and they haven't given me the title. I'm shocked that a "reputable" dealership would conduct business this way. My calls and emails have been ignored . They will never get business from me again and I CAUTION those who purchase from them because this is very shady at this point and my next course of action is to seek legal counsel.

Quality & Dependable

After 100k, the tailgate latch decided it would never open again! I contacted Mini of Towson, got an appointment with Paul, the mechanic that has taken care of my Mini for the past several years. Besides replacing the latch, Paul inspected the car and spotted a couple other items I will want to monitor and replace sometime in the near future. Good to know they treat my car with 100k just like they do the brand new cars!

Great Customer Service!

Ask for Allen! He is always transparent with pricing and necessary service. I purchased my car from another MINI Dealership but only come to this shop for service. They?re efficient and they answer their phones. When I buy my next MINI, I will try Towson first. If the sales department is comparable to the service department, they?ll get my business.

Great customer service
