Best Experience

I always take my car to Mini of Towson to fix my car. They are very transparent as to what needs to be fixed & I usually will have my car back in 48-72 hours. Wayne L. is excellent as the customer service liaison. He is patient, knowledgeable & very friendly.

Mini of Towson (Maryland).

Traveling out of state for a family emergency, I hit road debris coming off an exit and damaged the front end of my mini. I called Mini of Towson and had it towed to their facility and they made this part of my Trip very seamless. They sent me a video of the car on the lift and pointing out the damaged parts. I would recommend them for service on your mini as their customer service is exceptional.

Appointment & Estimate Needs Improvement

Now that Mini of Towson is part of AutoNation, there is a new appointment scheduling service. Do NOT use it if you need serious work performed on your vehicle. I used the scheduling service (via the phone) to schedule an appointment to get my waterpump replaced. I also wanted the work performed by Paul, the mechanic that has taken care of my car for the last 3-4 years. When I got to Mini, my service rep didn't know why I was there. Worse he didn't know how long it would take nor had an estimate of the work/time. After waiting for over 2 hours, I was finally told that the work could not be performed the day of the appointment. Also my mechanic was assigned other jobs and was never able to look at my vehicle. I told the service rep to bring my car around front (it never made it into the service bay) so I could leave.

Mini of Towson

Allen is a great service advisor. He takes the time to explain the issue in a way that a non-mechanic can understand. Jeff is an excellent technician. Send me a video of the issue with the car highlighting what needed to be repaired. Together you can't ask for a better service team. I highly recommend Mini of Towson!

A wonderful Experience

I met with Wayne in Service firstly...he helped me through the process of having my Mini repaired . I then met with Michael Edwards who , once again, helped me navigate the intricacies of buying/leasing my car. My husband had designed it when we originally leased the car and I explained to Michael that I could never rid myself of the car as my husband had died in 2021 , a year into the lease, and I would never sell the Mini John Cooper Works Clubman for that reason but also because it is the most wonderful car ever and my husband, loving cars, had many including an Aston Martin DB7. Michael sent me all the information I needed to talk to my Financial Advisor but mostly he simply was so incredibly kind and I was so incredibly scared as I had never purchased anything in the 55 years of my marriage . Wayne , again , offered support as my car was kept longer than expected . I am so very grateful for having Mini of Timonium to help me keep my car and I cannot say enough about my experience there .
