The advisor was efficient and helpful and the tech was professional and pointedly accurate. The car is running better than ever (it's 14 years old).

Superstar

Alan Rolocut at Mini of Baltimore is SUCH a rock star. From listening to the customer to understand the issue to providing paths for solutions and to getting the work done just right, he covers the bases effortlessly and completely, with empathy and knowledge. Why, if I had a small child and needed to entrust him or her to world-class care today, I'd take the tyke to Alan. As it is, all I have to offer is my 2013 Clubman S John Cooper Works...and it runs like a top. Thanks, Alan!!!
