My Service Advisor was new to Mini. I was over-charged for labor. Thanks to my former Service Advisor, Yoni Baron, it was straightened out.

My husband and I have had a totally wonderful experience dealing with Mini of Towson. Recently I had my car serviced and was greeted by a very kind man , Kevin, who did everything possible to facilitate the service to our Mini as well as providing shuttle service for me back to my condo while the car was being serviced. I was greatly impressed and am so very happy we bought our wonderf car from this dealer.

This is my 4th Mini. Take it from me, Allen Rolocut is the man in service. He knows what he’s doing. He’s good at his job. He keeps you informed. He gets you in and out with the minimum amount of stress.

Allen Rolocut provided great professional work. He kept me in the loop of what was going on with my wife’s mini. I have been taking the mini there once a year for full checkup and repairs for at least 10 years. The service has always been fantastic!

Mini of Baltimore is fantastic and staffers like Wayne Luberecki keep me coming back. His attention to detail and his ability to keep me informed all along the way makes for a positive interaction. I would never take my mini's anywhere else!
