MINI of Towson

I have owned 4 minis over the last 20 years. I loved each one as though they were a beloved pet or family member. It has always been a pleasure to get my vehicle services at Mini of Baltimore County working most often with Allen Rolocut. He knows me and more importantly my car well so I can count on him to suggest maintenance or to forestall it when unnecessary. I use hand controls to operate a vehicle. Alan is well aware of the challenges it is for me to find reliable substitutes when I need a loaner, so he goes out of his way to communicate clear expectations on the time required to repair my car so that I have minimum time without it. Excellent customer service by the Service team of Allan and Yoni. Always, straight and honest on all service fixes. Sales department shines too; just bought our 4th Mini from this dealer over the past 10 years.

This is my third Mini. I will only deal with Mini of Baltimore. The service department is the best. Allen was very courteous and helpful. I always feel like they take the tome to explain any service issues in layman’s terms so I understand the issues. Allen went out of his way to reach me when a part was going to be delayed. I have owned my Mini Cooper since 2011. Love my car. And just as important is the Oustanding Service I have received. However, I would especially like to tout and commend Alan Rolocut. Alan always greets with a big smile and warm hello. He is knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring and helpful. What more can I ask for. If I need to leave my car for service, Alan goes out of his way to either get me a loaner or a ride home. I would never take my Mini anywhere else for service. Thank you Alan. My most recent service visit was a good experience. The lobby was clean, and Yoni was a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and also the history of my particular vehicle. When an unexpected tire repair came up, the tire was ordered and installed the very next day. I was escorted to the loaner vehicle desk, and was quickly provided with a low mileage loaner vehicle. I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else for service.

Quality advice and support for my Mini! I needed to get new tires for my Countryman and after getting great advice from Yoni & Paul (my mechanic), we installed some excellent Pirelli's. Now not only does my Countryman ride great, it looks superb!!

I recently had another great service experience at Mini of Baltimore County. Allen Rolocut was super friendly and accommodating and my Mini is running great again!
