I recently purchased a used Mini Countryman for my teenage daughter and took it to Mini of Baltimore for a post purchase inspection. Yoni Baron was my advisor. Yoni provided us with excellent customer service and exceeded our expectations. I contacted him with questions and he addressed them all. Even though he had been moved to BMW after my service repair was scheduled, he still handled my service as promised. Yoni is a true professional.
