After 6 failured "solutions," I have little hope.

I took my truck to two other dealerships that also end a great deal of time not fixing the problem. This dealership had a great service two who knew the truck, the problem, the warranty, the ins and outs of escalated customer service, and how to keep the customer informed. So, he's no longer there. Despite my complaining of a 30% drop in mpg as well as the clogged particulate filters and malfunctioning throttle, no one seemed interested in anything other than the egr cooler. After two replacements, I am now told the problem is a hole in my charge air cooler. Same problems, New solution. This time I was charged for the work as it was "damage" not defect. The guessed it was a rock. They hope this will fix the problems. They hoped the last two times. Mpg is a bit better, as expected following replacement of leaking cac. However, I am still down 25% on my mpg. I expect my throttle control light to come on in about 1200 miles. The particulate filter will be clogged again. In any case, the serious problem causing huge mpg issues remains. I've spent over $1000 just driving to dealerships to drop off my truck for warranty work. Hope isn't doing it. There are issues with unreturned phone calls, failure to review service history, lack of follow-up, etc, but they are symptomatic rather than causual, I expect.

Wonderful

Jonathan was wonderful helping us figure out what vehicle would be best for us. He helped with the lease we had with another dealership and the pros and cons of doing another lease. We totally love our new Dodge Ram 2019. The dealership made it so easy to work with and offered a loaner when applying the additional accessories we wanted on this truck. Very happy with our choice to work with Don Johnson's Cumberland Motors Dealership.

Pleasant experience

Bob was great to deal with very knowledgable and friendly along with Ray were very helpful in making sure everything was to my expectations. They make sure when you are there that your satisfaction is top priority.

Jay and Mary

Mary and I purchased a 2019 ram Big Horn 2500 crew cab for Mary and a ram 3500 single cab for myself. In the past we have purchased 3 other Dodge vehicles fro Ray Nelson. Ray has been very professional and up front with every vechile we purchased from cumberland Dodge. When looking for a salesman that will go out of his way, Rays your guy !!! P.S. Purchased a used Ford Escape

Wow! The staff here is absolutely amazing. They are quick to respond, easily accessible, and very willing to answer any questions you may have. I have never felt so welcomed before. The Ford Escape I purchased was a great deal and I am so happy with it. I would 100% recommend this dealership to everyone. I know I will be back.

Awesome purchase! Jeep Rubicon

Searched all of United States for this particular vehicle and only two remained....one in Massachusetts and obviously here in Cumberland. I live 600 miles away from this dealership and made the deal over the phone. Drove the 600 miles nervous the whole time that once I arrived there would be all these hidden fees and add ons they would attack me with, knowing i just traveled 600 miles to them and most likely wouldn’t want to return home empty handed...i was totally wrong and the exact opposite happened. I walked in and they had everything ready and within 15 minutes i was driving out with my new jeep and they actually had found a way to save me more money! Seriously did this just happen...yep, it did! I have bought over 30 new and used vehicles in my life all over the United States and without any question this was the absolute easiest, most honest and headache free dealership ive ever done business with. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.

New vehicle purchase

I just purchased a 2018 Jeep Rubicon from Ray Nelson, Salesperson at Don Johnson Motors in Cumberland WI. I have purchased new and used from Ray Nelson before and continue to return due to his honestly, competency, and willingness to go the extra mile. I am also very impressed with the Parts and Service Department, both excel!! I will continue to puirchased vehicles from this dealership and specifically Ray Nelson, keep up the good work!

Excellent Service!!!!!

Team went up & beyond my expectations. The quote was accurate. Speedy, friendly professional staff. Rental was clean & reliable. Very pleased with the Cumberland Collision Center.

Overall a very positive experience but started out awkward.

We had an appointment and I informed the rep we would be a few minutes late. ( sounded like no problem) Arrived within 3 minutes of appointment and stood at the entrance for about 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged by someone. (Salesmen we’re engaged with other people, but no acknowledgment we were there) The vehicle we came to see was right at the door. (Nice) Went to the service dept to find someone to talk to in order to find the rep I spoke with on the phone ( She was at her desk hidden by a large vehicle) Handed off to another salesperson with no explanation and that salesperson was already trying to help another couple (confused if the person on the phone was just a receptionist?) Salesman was very nice but very busy with the other couple. Bob stepped in to help and was super! (Thank you Bob) The vehicle we came to see was not what we were looking for after all, but Johnathan went above and beyond to find one more what we needed. (Very helpful) Katie and Johnathan were very gracious and stayed way past closing to finish up the sale! ( impressed by their willingness to satisfy our needs and keep us from having to travel back the next day.). We realize with the construction things were in a bit of a mess but would be helpful to have someone acknowledge a new arrival, especially when an appointment was made. We felt like we were imposing But the end result was very satisfactory and we would recommend this company to our friends.
