Salesmen are terrible

When I bought my car, salesman was not good, never got back to me. From a year ago wanted to trade car in again called same salesman and he never returned my calls. Same as he was at link brothers Ford when he worked there. But then again no one does anything anyways so why do you have these reviews.

Service

Brought my Mustang convertible in for tire rotation, oil change and recall work on my doors. Service department was great! Have used Don Johnson Motors for service and have purchased new vehicles from them and have always been happy with the way I was treated!

A Chevy family's first FORD purchase!!

We had a great small-town experience at Don Johnson's dealership in Cumberland! We felt Todd Anderson was very knowledge about the Explorer and all of its options! We didn't feel pressured at all in the sale transaction; it was a quick and smooth.

New Edge

Worked with Ray for the sale and Suzy for the financing. They were both terrific individuals and extremely welcoming and helpful. We felt at ease throughout the process.

Shopping at a Hometown Dealership after moving away

During my search for a new / slightly used Jeep, I started searching online at my hometown dealership, as my dad talks very highly of the service and staff at this location. Ray was very easy to deal with over e-mails and a few phone calls to work out all of the details to make my visit to trade in and pick up my new car. My dad was even kind enough to stop over to do a quick test drive of the vehicle I was looking at, and decided to even buy a new car himself. It was well worth the drive from Appleton to make the purchase, and will look at working with Don Johnson Motors of Cumberland when it comes time to trade in and purchase my next vehicle.

Bob & Suzy

My experience at Don Johnson Motors was great. Bob was great about helping me find the vehicle that was right for me and Suzy was wonderful when doing the paperwork. They were both very personable and went out of their way to make it a good experience.

Worked hard to get me what I wanted

Brought over several vehicles from one of their other dealerships, until he found the right vehicle that would work for me. Sales manager very knowledgeable and helpful in describing different trim levels

My experience was great!

My experience was excellent with Bob Cifaldi as he had everything prepared and ready for me. Suzy was also excellent with the paperwork! Suzy also helped explain the extended warranty that helped me to purchase that. Great and easy experience!!
